"Maello is a quiet beautiful little town. If you want to experience the charm of small Spanish pueblo than this is a great place to stay. This was our family’s favorite Vrbo stay during our trip to Spain. Plenty of room for 6 adults with room to spare. Easy parking. Isabel the host was awesome and we will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Segovia and Avila."

"La casa esta en un entorno impresionante, El dueño nos dio muchas indicaciones para hacer rutas y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Lo unico que hemos echado en falta es wifi para poder ver alguna pelicula por la noche. El resto todo fenomenal."

"28-8-21- We left the accommodation just 2 days into our 7 day vacation. It was not secure and a health and safety risk. On arrival, we pointed out that 3 x pairs of glass sliding doors did not lock at all. Next day the owner sent an alleged “locksmith” and told us they were all fixed. "This is a beautiful home in a very private neighborhood. The photos do not do this home justice; it is much more elegant, clean, and well-situated than a picture can capture. I will say you do need a car. While there are advantages to staying outside of Madrid (about 1.15 hours) for access to the nearby supermarket and restaurants, one needs a vehicle despite the short distance. "We love this hotel and have been here many times. It’s simple in terms of decor. Our bed this time (rm 403) was the most comfortable we’ve had. It’s a small room, not for too tall people as an alcove. Best location, super staff, lovely bar and outdoor seating, less than a minute to the Monastery and all the best restaurants."

"Staff at Palacio de Valderrabanos was great as they were very helpful even as we made our check-in an hour after new years. The property is amazing and with a very rich history, so very recommendable to stay. Parking was not that close and was not part of the hotel, but is understandable in such a historic landmark. Extremely recommended."
