Minus the construction on the roads, access to the hotel was a cinch. Check in was a breeze and the staff was great. Most of them spoke English which was a pleasant surprise.

Vry nice, we enjoy our stay, however, service could be improve, there were no soap for hands, only two bath towels, no hand towel, or face towel. We were three, we asked for another one, it never arrived

Buen día a todos la verdad muy buen hotel comodidad el restaurante muy bueno las instalaciones muy bonitas sobre todo la anotación lo que no me gustó es que si quieres extender tienes que realizar otra reservación porque como tal en recepción no te dejan ASER extensiones y lo que tendrían que mejorar es en la limpieza porque la verdad hay algunas camaristas que no tratan la manera de ASER bien su trabajo pero todo lo demas todo bien
