HIDDEN GEMS- Crystal River and Dunnellon have many quaint shops to explore and special eateries to sample. They also host many fascinating festivals.

MAGICAL KINGDOMS- A quick 90 minutes away waits Orlando, the world's top vacation destination, and its magical delights of Disney, Universal and Sea World. The spectacular night life, cultural experiences and sporting events of Orlando, Tampa and Gainesville (1 hour to the University of Florida Gators) also make for truly endless options.

NEIGHBORHOOD- Our usually quiet, semi-rural neighborhood has attracted attention from others who want to join us here. So we have new homes going in on our street. They don’t usually create any more noise than a family of children, but we’re still eager for them to finish up. Also, please drive slowly as these rural roads are not the best.

GOLF: Citrus Springs Golf and Country Club is about 3 minutes away. I understand it is perfect if you are just looking for a quick place to play. Juliette Falls just outside Dunnellon is supposed to be quite excellent. It is about 20 minutes away. Check them out if you are looking for something special.

TIPS FROM THE LOCALS
*Manatees- “Swim with the Manatees” all year round because some of them make this their home. But the best time is when the large numbers come in from the Gulf in late November through April, peaking January and February.
*Rainbow River- Kayaking and snorkeling in a wet suit is great all year long. With the water always 72 degrees, many prefer swimming and tubing April to September.
*Scalloping- Starts at the beginning of July and goes through late September.
*World Equestrian Center- Visit anytime but check their calendar for big events, usually in the winter.
*Disney/Universal- Open 365 days, but locals go in March thru May, September thru mid-November, when the weather is perfect and the lines are short.

House Rules:
*Each guest must have a fantastic time! This rule is nonnegotiable.
*Children may swim only with the close supervision of a parent.
*Diving and running on the pool deck are not allowed.
*Guests should take a break every 15 minutes when using the spa.
*Guests with health problems should not use the spa.
*Never swim or use the spa during thunder storms.
*No smoking.
*We have a no pet policy to be considerate of those with allergies.
*No events, parties or large gatherings.
*For security the home features a single doorbell camara at the main entrance facing out. This is the ONLY camera on the property and is there for security purposes. Only the front walkway can be seen.
*Quiet hours- 10 PM to 8 AM to be considerate of our neighbors.
