Cisco is located in northwestern Eastland County, Interstate 20 passes through the south side of the city, leading west 45 miles to Abilene and east 105 miles to Fort Worth. Access to Cisco is from Exits 330 and 332. U.S. Route 183 passes through the center of Cisco, leading north 28 miles to Breckenridge and south 49 miles to Brownwood. Texas State Highway 6 also passes through the center of town, leading east 10 miles to Eastland, the county seat, and northwest 33 miles to Albany. Texas State Highway 206 leaves Cisco to the southwest, leading 22 miles to Cross Plains.
