While I was there there were some people trying to open my room, I go and open the door and said there is some one I think you were wrong with your room number, but they have the same room number as me, but they key doesn't work. "Basic but comfortable room with en-suite bathroom. The room stayed warm throughout the night, which was necessary given the temperatures outside dropped to -5°c during my stay. Staff at the front desk and café area were very helpful. One negative point - the wi-fi did not function for the duration of my stay. "
