3 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, one being downstairs for anyone unable to negotiate the stairs. Master bedroom has balcony & seating. Other 2 bedrooms have flexibility to be kingsize or 2 singles. Hot tub.
The Space:
The property is extremely well equipped and furnished to a high standard. The spacious living/kitchen/dining areas makes the property an excellent option for group holiday bookings, family gatherings or simply a short break with friends. Each bedroom is of a large size with luxurious en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom also benefits from a private lakeside balcony with seating. The ground floor second bedroom and the third bedroom have the flexibility to provide a kingsize bed or two singles in each room. One of the bedrooms/ensuite is on the ground floor for any members of your group who find it hard to negotiate stairs.
We take 2 well behaved dogs (3 by prior discussion and dependant on size) subject to charge of £20 per dog per stay
Guest Access:
Libelle is within walking distance to the picturesque village of South Cerney and Cerney Wick, home to some fabulous country pubs, local amenities and country charm. It is also only 4 miles from Cirencester and less than an hour away from Bath, Oxford, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick and Cheltenham.
Enjoy water sports, fishing, walking and nature trails throughout the immediate area, or just sit back, relax and enjoy the hot tub whilst enjoying the view over the lake.

The Neighborhood:
The home is situated in the middle of Cotswold Water Park - an area of outstanding beauty. There are many activities within 5-10 minutes drive or walking distance of our home. There are numerous options for walking.
Getting Around:
A car is ideal to get around as there are so many Cotswold villages and attractions to visit whilst staying with us.
Alternatively the nearest railway station is Kemble, 7 miles away or Swindon 15 minutes away.
There is a local bus route that goes from the end of the lane and goes to Cirencester and Swindon for onward connections.
