"I stayed for 1 night only. I was looking for a cheap place near Fabriano, and the hotel delivered. Super clean and quiet. Comfortable. Breakfast had no decaf coffee. all carbs and dairy, no napkin (LOL). Receptionist only spoke Italian. Could not find Wifi code anywhere, and receptionist is only part time. Still. fantastic value for money."

"Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... "Partiamo col dire che la casa si trova in una posizione ideale se si cerca una vacanza rilassante..tutta circondata da bellissime colline. Nella casa non manca assolutamente nulla(forse l'aria condizionata per quando fa davvero caldo). Il giardino è davvero immenso,grandi alberi che regalano ampie zone d'ombra..noci,fichi,ciliegi...piscina grande e tenuta sempre pulita da Gabriella. Che dire..consigliatissima circondata da bellissime "
