This house is an Incredible, Recently Remodeled, 2 BDRM, 2 Full Bath Ranch. It has a relaxing covered front porch, large rear patio and fully fenced back yard. This home features an open airy floorplan, fully equipped kitchen w/Breakfast area, maple cabinetry & stainless steel appliances including a built-in microwave & full size side by side Refrigerator. Finished Lower Level w/Master Suite & Living Room. Cozy basement doubling as a second living area or cozy retreat for extra large bedroom
This is a newly remodeled ranch house with an open floor plan and a finished lower level.

There is a living room with two comfy couches, a 55 inch smart tv, and an LG Sound Bar that makes your movies come to life!
Full stocked kitchen including electric range stove, built in microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, stainless steel refrigerator, toaster, blender and coffee maker. Along with a quaint breakfast nook with seating for four.

A great place to stay. Four queen-sized beds in three different rooms (one in the basement), and two full bathrooms (one in the basement) was a perfect layout for us. The kitchen worked great and it was well-located for our needs.

Nice place, responsive host!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were in town visiting family and a hotel wasn’t going to meet our needs in terms of either space or our need for a kitchen and laundry. The rental was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was as advertised. Our host was impressively responsive when we had an important question. I think there is a flat screen TV in every bedroom plus the living room. We would definitely stay there again when we are back in Cincinnati.

This house is just as described. I didn't really need all this room, as it was just me. But no hotels here where I wanted. The house has 4 queen beds, which I used one of. I had a 2 night high school reunion and this house was only 5 minutes away from both events. The house is warm and welcoming with all the essentials. The only thing I would have wanted was a full length mirror. Highly recommend

The house was great - clean and comfortable. Amenities were easily accessible - lots of towels, extra toilet paper and trash bags, everything we needed for cooking! We appreciated the body wash in the showers, the coffee, and the snack box, too. Could have used more kitchen towels. Toddler traveling with us found mini plastic marbles under tv stand which we just threw away. Very nice space! Great accommodations for our family get-together.

Baseball weekend
My dad, brother and I took a baseball weekend to Cincinnati. My dad is disabled so we needed a ranch style with a walk in shower. The house was great! It was very clean and worked well for the 3 of us. It was in a very quiet neighborhood and we had a great time. I'm not sure if our baseball trip will bring us back to Cincinnati, but if it does we will definitely stay here!

Our family of five came from Michigan to explore Cincinnati area for a short spring break trip. The pictures and reviews looked great so we booked this VRBO. Upon our arrival and during our stay, we were disappointed. Here are our honest reviews. The good: Beds were very comfortable and clean Bath towels were plentiful and clean Tech stuff worked very well, TVs and Bluetooth speakers were great. Check in and out process was easy. The bad: The floors were filthy, we had to mop all hard floors and vacuum the carpet. Our feet were sticking to the ground. Dead bugs were on the floor in the basement. Lower level toilet was soiled, we had to clean it (I'll spare the details) yuck Lots of hair on bathroom floors Kitchen surface had dried on tomato sauce Kitchen was missing key stuff such as sufficient towels, dish scrubber, and mixing bowls (we didn't eat out much so we had hoped to make meals). Would have been nice to have a grill of some sort too. Main level toilet plumbing was leaking sewer water in basement Basement shower pressure was so low that it was pretty useless Minimal hangers and hooks for drying towels and hanging clothes

COMFORT
We were in town with our family for a debate tournament, and this house was a perfect fit. Cute and quiet neighborhood, close to many restaurants and not super far from the freeway. Beds were comfortable, house was extremely clean. The host was VERY responsive. No complaints. If we come back to this area, we will stay here again. Only request would be an ice cream scoop and a couple full length mirrors. :)

Favorite place I have stayed
This property is my favorite place I have stayed at. The location was perfect the house really felt like home away from home the kids enjoyed it no one wanted to leave! I drove up from Florida to stay here and the entire experience at this property was amazing neighborhood is quiet so noise has to be kept to a minimum but if you’re wanting a place to feel completely comfortable at this is the one!
