+ NO SMOKING ALLOWED of any kind. Any signs of smoking in the unit will incur a $1,000 and cancelation of booking.
+ PARKING
The signage on Wade St for parking can be a bit misleading as it states "Non Permit, Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm"! We interpret that to mean that, from 9a-5p, you are able to park on Wade St by paying using the Cincy EZ Park app. You must enter Zone #13023 and can pay for up to 3hrs at a time. From 5p-9p, residents w/ parking permits are able to park on Wade St without paying. After 9p and up to 8a from Mon - Fri, you may park on Wade St and do not need to pay. IF THIS WAS CONFUSING TO YOU, JUST AVOID PARKING ON WADE ST!
Download the Cincy EZ Park app to pay online (also makes it easy to reload and pay to add more time). The meter costs $1.50/hr and usually lets you pay for up to 3 hours at a time.
