Old Red Bank is a dead-end street with very little local traffic. Walk or bike to the Wasson Trail Head and begin your adventure through Ault Park (Cincinnati's Premier Park)! You are within a 10–20-minute drive everything Cincinnati/NKY has to offer. Groceries, fast/casual dining, gas, and firewood are a quick drive up the street. The house sits on the border of Hyde Park and Fairfax, with easy/quick access to downtown, local hotspots, hospitals and entertainment. Casual dining, fast food, Walmart and more are within walking distance (if so desired), or a couple minutes drive.

The cottage sits on a hill (steps required for entry). Enjoy the morning sun on the front porch and watch the "hustle and bustle" of the neighborhood (lots of bikers/joggers/dog walkers) or peacefully enjoy your back yard complete with fire pit. Your furry friends are welcomed and will be safe and secure playing in the fenced-in yard.

A small cargo or dinner train travels near the property on average 1-2X per day. Times are unpredictable and could possibly be at night. They are short/quiet trains which sound their horn at the crossing down the street. We've owned the house for five years and have received no complaints from guests/tenants but want guests to be aware.
