Front desk lady rude, window in room cracked open and you could not shut, maint. Showed up after an hour and taped crack shut. Fire alarm went off and it took 15 minutes to turn off-glitch in system. Breakfast was a package of muffins tossed at us. Had to ask for coffee to be made. If your looking for a cheap place to sleep - ok, but would not recommend.

The overall rating I give this stay is 2 star. I booked room online and upon checking in I was charged a 50.00 deposit I was told I would get back. The transaction is on my bank statement, I still have yet to receive it and it’s the middle of the month. They told me I would get it 5 business days after checking out and I checked out on the fifth. I’m handicapped on a walker cause my hips are collapsed and the desk attendant would not give me a room on ground floor, the remote didn’t work, was told there were no new batteries, the fridge leaked, there was no blankets only fitted and top sheets, when I asked for a blanket I was told the top sheet was the blanket, no fresh towels, no housekeeping to get the garbage each day, considering I’m disabled and there was plenty empty rooms! I will never stay here again

The lady at the front desk was nice. But as we were going in there was 2 men sitting on the ledge, one was drinking whiskey & the other was drinking beer!! Went to our room & it stunk so bad. Went to front desk & told the clerk. She took us to another room. The blankets on the bed were so yellow stained!!! We left & told the clerk!!! And I think there was drug dealing going on in the parking lot!!! I’m would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

NOT A GOOD ATMOSPHERE
The first encounter at the desk was the clerk arguing with a man customer who was not happy about something. She more or less dismissed him and then turned to me smiling sweetly. After getting my key and having to pay a 50 dollar cash deposit which I was not informed of, but I did get back after she inspected my room. The room was clean but the carpet in the area between the sink and the tub was frayed and there was no paper stating channels on the tv. The room was also small and the door had chipped paint on it. I was told it was a smoking room but I smoked in my car or out on the parking lot. I was not happy with there attitude or the fact they were curt with me when I asked for a wake up call. They Stated WE DON'T DO WAKE UP CALLS. To say I was shocked was an understatement. I say avoid this place if you can.

Super Gross
Any review that says they are “clean” or “great” are lying this place is disgusting. It reeks of smoke even though we had a “non smoking” room and all the doors to our room and the lobby say no smoking. The bathtub looked like it was spray painted white I’m assuming it’s so stained that’s what they did cause there was paint all over the drains and faucet. You don’t feel safe in the room cause the latch at the top of the door looked like it had actually been ripped off. The air conditioner hardly worked it kept going on and off every 30 seconds if we didn’t just get in super late we would have stayed somewhere else. Although it was irreverent to us the pool was not full and did not look like it had been open for a while. I wish I had pictures we rushed to get out as fast as we could!!!

We would not recommend staying here and my entire family wishes we didn’t. Was filthy, many broken and dirty things around the room & check in was not easy or convenient at all. Surroundings of the hotel were not nice at all either.
