Soon as I arrived I received a surprise $150 charge for security deposit. There was a lot of foot traffic in the parking lot and police sirens every few minutes.

The walls are paper thin!! When we were trying to go to sleep after midnight it sounds like there were a Heard of elephants above us!! Then at 630 in the morning it sounded like someone was coming through our wall!! The only good thing about the hotel was the super nice check in lady!! She was so nice and personal!! We were happy to see her in the morning when we checked out!! She’s so friendly!!

Parking on this site is ridiculous, each night the staff has to help stack cars in the lot to fit everyone. The entire hotel has a smell of deep mold within the walls. It is musty, damp, and smells of chemicals trying to conceal the issues. The staff was very nice though.

University of Cincinnati parents weekend. Best price. Very close. Allowed us to keep car on lot while we spent day with our Freshman. Beds were firm and comfortable. Staff was awesome and helpful. Breakfast was included and tasty.
