You will have access to free parking with a private driveway (Fits 2 average sized cars). After exploring all day retreat to the outdoor courtyard, unwind in the living room, or have some coffee to recharge.

Fun weekend in Cincy
This house was exactly as advertised. It was clean and nicely decorated. Lots of nice extras like coffee and water, well stocked kitchen, soap, shampoo, etc. Easy to deal with, easy to check out - no sign telling us to do laundry, mop the floors, etc. The driveway for 2 cars was really nice to have

Adorable house
We thought that the house was perfect and so cute! Beds we’re comfortable, everything was very clean and we really enjoyed the back patio. I wish we had been just a bit closer to some of the OTR hotspots, but nevertheless the home was great. Apparently there was a homeless man sleeping behind the fence at some point in the night, because EMTs came out to check on him!

Well appointed and comfortable.
Our group of 6 enjoyed our stay here. The unit was very clean and was well appointed with appliances, paper goods, utensils, snacks, soaps/shampoos and laundry detergent. Beds were comfortable and had several pillow options. Off street parking was a big plus. Convenient location and the area is being revitalized. However, it still feels a little sketchy to be walking around the area at night. We did not have any noise issues but with all of the construction going on around this unit, it could be a problem for late sleepers. Also, there are no ensuite bathrooms and the shared bathroom upstairs for what seems like the master bedroom is inconveniently at the other end of the hall but is as described. Would definitely stay here again. Responsive and friendly owner.

Great Trip!
We had an amazing time visiting our son at UC! We have stayed at several VRBO’s and this one has everything you need. The condo has been recently remodeled and everything is brand new and they thought of every detail. Chelsey had super fast and great communication highly recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting Cincinnati!

Great Bengals Game Weekend
Me and 2 friends came into town for the Bengals game and used this VRBO as our base. It was absolutely perfect. Great location in OTR, and the house was super clean, super nice and easy to use. Nothing but great things to say, including the communication with the owner. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Fall break trip to OTR
This was a great fall break place to stay for our family. The house was clean, safe, and was a great location within minutes of everything OTR, downtown, and over into KY. Having a driveway to park in, and not on the street, was really nice. We walked to most places in OTR and enjoyed the short walk to Washington Park where our oldest kid enjoyed the playground.

Took a short trip to Cinci for a sibling getaway. The house was very well kept and comfortable. The backyard sitting area was a great place for us all to sit and visit.

Wonderful time! We didn't want to leave!
My husband and I, along with our four young kiddos (ages 7-2), spent a few nights here, and our stay was wonderful! The place was exactly as it is pictured, was very welcoming, and check-in was a breeze! We weren't too familiar with Cincinnati, but after staying here, I can say it was the perfect location! The off street parking, was a major plus, and the house was within walking distance to so much! We loved walking to Washington Park, and catching the streetcar to explore the rest of the city. The side yard was also such a neat area to hang out in the evening. We loved every bit of it! We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome trip
Very clean and luxurious unit. Spacious and has everything you will need on your stay. Plenty of towels and linens, keurig k-cups, they even had snacks provided. Great location with some cool little bars within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here!

Stay was amazing. The place was beautiful and clean. Location for us was great only a short drive to the places we wanted to go. Will stay again in the future, hopefully with warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor area. Host was amazing and was willing to work with us due to severe weather
