Simple, but beautiful, rural retreat, made a great base for exploring the foothills of Picos de Europa and further into the national park, but also close enough to enjoy the coast too. Very attentive host who made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. Excellent 5G reception across much of the area meant we only had to be as cut off from the rest of the world as we wanted to be."

"Goyo is a fabulous host and the house is absolutely beautiful. It is really well equipped and feels like a home instead of a holiday rental. The terrace is fabulous and the BBQ and it’s so quiet and peaceful. The surrounding area is stunning too. Shopping can be done in Cervera or Guardo. The former smaller and prettier. Could not recommend this place any higher/ 10/10!"

"Wir haben eine großartige Woche zu viert (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Teenager) in Picones verbracht und können das Haus empfehlen. GUT: - Lage des Hauses: 15 bzw. 20 Minuten zu Fuss von zwei traumhaften Buchten entfernt; keinerlei Autoverkehr, total ruhig, Das Haus ist umgeben von Feldern und Hortensienbüschen; in die Picos fährt man ca. 45 Minuten, phantastisch zum Wandern; in Nueva gute Einkehrmöglichkeiten und in Posada kann man prima einkaufen (auch Fisch) - schönes, ausgesprochen sauberes und...

"Beautiful property, location, neighbors. Good kitchen supplies, barbecue outdoor space. Close to sightseeing but in a quiet village. We enjoyed every minute of our stay."

"Nice house in quiet mountain village. Close to Sotres and Cares which can be reached by car, local bus, or walking. Host was helpful in providing local information. There is no Wi-Fi in the house, but we were able to join our hosts network, sitting on the bench outside their house a short walk away."

"A fantastic place to stay to enjoy the coast and mountains of Asturias. The two terraces are amazing and there is a great set of furniture on each to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. The apartment has everything you could need and is obviously a loved home, it made staying here even more special. Friendly and helpful communications from Felipe throughout made us feel at home. Can't recommend highly enough!"

"Over all very nice spot. Room was nice and beds were very comfortable! The room was hot with no way to shut off the heater or cool it down. Also you need a code to get your key out of a box in front of the building. Not sure if we missed a message or what, but we never received a code. Thankfully there were other guests who let us use their code to retrieve our key otherwise I’m not sure if we would have gotten in that night. "
