"We were very impressed with the Lion Hotel in Criccieth. It is in a great position with plenty of parking. It is a traditional character hotel, clean, well maintained and decorated with lovely staff. It was also great value, would recommend as a base to explore the beautiful Llyn Peninsula."

"One night stay when touring North Wales in winter. Ample on-site parking. Quiet warm room which appeared spotlessly clean and bed was comfortable. Stayed is single room which was a bit small, in that for example there was little space for luggage, but this was no problem for one night. Breakfast was superb with a great choice of items. Would definitely stay again."

"We were celebrating my 60th birthday with family and friends. We had a few things planned around Abersoch and the location was perfect right in the centre and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We really just wanted to eat and drink and celebrate together in the house and it was a perfect space to do this. The bedrooms were all a great size. Lovely clean comfy beds and plenty of room everywhere. We had 3 Labradors with us and so needed space and it really was a perfect home for the weekend. We hope to book again in the future.
