"This is NOT by any means whatsoever a 3 or 4 star hotel. It's impossible! The advertised pictures must be from when the hotel open initially. It's a ghost! Too rundown, the beds (when you uncover them) are full of stains and old. The sheets and towels are ALL stained. The golf cart-one broke down and the golf course is closed. The food was old and you can tell it was frozen for a long time because it changes color when frozen for too long prior to cooking it. But we had to eat. Well, we got sick...

"Poor value and definitely long overdue due for renovations. Far out of the way and generally clean and tidy but rundown and way overpriced compared to what else is on offer. Pool water and area were not inviting. Even the Nasi Goreng was overpriced and about as small a serve and basic as they come. I ordered the special. I can’t imagine how they come standard. Wasn’t able to find anyone to order any sort of breakfast in the evening or morning. I wasn’t there long before I wish I hadn’t come as...

Wasn’t able to find anyone to order any sort of breakfast in the evening or morning. I wasn’t there long before I wish I hadn’t come as it was more than an hour in the taxi from Bogor and difficult to get transport to leave. Staff were nice but hard to find and didn’t follow up at all when I asked for advice about Gunung Salak. I would steer clear of this place. "
