"Everything about this house is exceptional. Josete was brilliant from booking through to after we left. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he responded immediately to requests. "A well located house with the some issues, the main one being that is was advertised as having a hot tub but the tub was not working and obviously had not worked for a while. This is not reasonable when it has influenced the decision to rent this particular property. The entire lower floor is damp and smells of damp.
