"The hotel is charming with unique and fun features like a glass elevator and the roof top terraces. We had a two room suite so that our kids could be in an adjoining room. It was small but comfortable. Check-in is strictly at 4pm so, as you would imagine, there were a lot of people trying to check in at the same time. We came in a few minutes before 4 and did not have to wait too long. The neighborhood is in the heart of the historic Old San Juan and close to one of the old forts. Great walking...

"Angel worked us in on a same-day booking and met with us at 9:00pm for check and was truly a holiday life-saver (thanks to a different VRBO booking never responding on check in). Nice amenities and right next to ocean (more surfing spot rather than swimming, but pool was nice as well). With more times notice and some updates, this place could easily be 5 star. Again, super thanks to Angel for the last-minute accomodations."
