"The loft was a delightful stay!! Tessa had gone the extra mile by providing a lovely welcome tray of tea, coffee, orange juice and breakfast items with a fruit bowl. The bed was amazing…. So comfortable, we will certainly miss it being back home! There was board games supplied and tele had Amazon, Netflix and Spotify for music. The convection microwave was simple to use and we cooked a couple of meals. We will certain use this quaint little loft again when in the area. 😀"

"Stayed here for an 80th birthday celebration. Very well equipped property with lovely rooms. Lovely kitchen area and conservatory room offering a great space for all being together. Enjoyed the hot tub and the children loved the play area. Would recommend for a large group/party. "

"Wonderful old house on great surrounds, although off a busy road. Unfortunately, kitchen not up to standard due to cleanliness and overall dirt everywhere. Oven desperately needs a good clean. Also plagued with flies seemingly living within the wall cervices. We enjoyed our stay after giving the place (kitchen in particular) a good clean."

"Well kept clean property perfectly suited to our needs Adjacent bus stop gave easy access to Winchester city centre and a Tesco was close by plus pubs with dining opportunities. This was our first experience with VRBO, we would certainly use them again and hope for the same excellent standard"

"We had a long weekend with friends at the property, which is exactly as it looks in the photos. Nice rooms, big kitchen and a large living space with really cool decor. Lots of lovely walks nearby and a local town within 10 minutes drive so easy to get to. Highly recomend."

"We had a great family weekend here. The home was extremely well positioned, just off the High Street, so convenient for shopping and restaurants. It is located down a narrow lane, at the end of which is a parking bay for one car. We found everything we needed for 5, cooking and eating in the house, as well as in local restaurants. "Had a lovely 4 night stay at Hawks Barn. It is a real home from home and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Awesome location for visiting the many sights the area has to offer, would have loved to have stayed longer."
