"I had a great stay very close to old town Sarajevo. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, including calling taxis and offering restaurant recommendations. The included breakfast offers a good assortment of options. The only negative was that the rooms are not well soundproofed, so you can hear guests in neighboring rooms.
