As with most of the pensions in the area, Korean is their language, but if communicated in advance they can get assistance from friends to translate messages in English. "Not in the middle of the city, close to 진양 lake. The attic was a small size with a tiny window but the room was spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was a smaller size but nice& clean with lots of utensils. So, we could cook some simple foods for breakfast. Overall, a very comfortable stay. The owner was friendly. "

"가족여행으로 남해와 왔는데 너무 편하고 이쁜 펜션에서 묵을수 있어서 여행이 업그레이드 됬습니다! 사장님께서 너무 친절하시고, 소통도 잘되고, 체크인도 너무 쉬웠습니다. 겨울이라 방도 화장실도 살짝 추웠는데 침대에는 전기담뇨가 깔려있어서 너무 편하게 잘 잤고, 화장실은 처음에 추워도 좀 있으면 견딜만 합니다. 샤워를 하면 금방 따듯해지고요. 잘 쉬고 갑니자~^^"

"The inhouse manager was very flexible to accommodate my request and dealt the issue with professional attitude. Above all the tranquility and beauty of the ocean view I enjoyed from the balcony made my jaw dropping. "The room is very clean and spacious. We booked it for family size of 4 and my kids have a good size bed each. The bed is comfortable with heater. Extremely comfortable in winter. The morning view is very beautiful. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We arrived in the evening and he came out in the cold to make sure we can find the parking lot and showed us our room. "친절하시지만. 위생이 별로에요 방이건 화장실이건 주방이건 환풍기 시설도 없고 더욱이 화장실에 환풍기가 없어서 샤워 한번 하고 나면 습기로 가득차요 화장실 문을 열어 놓으면 방에도 습기가 가득차고 창문이 없어서(있긴 하지만 통창으로 고정) 환기 시키려면 문을 열어야 하고 문을 열먼 벌레가 들어오고 모든 문에 시건장치가 멀쩡한게 없었어요 목조 주택이라 온갖 벌레도 많고(끔찍) 움직일때 마다 삐그덕 거리고 소음에 약해요. 숙소에서 쉬려는 목적이라면 호텔 가세요 다시는 안올거 같아요"

"남해는 오랫동안 가보고 싶었던 여행지라서 설렘도 컸고, 기대도 많았습니다. 그래서 조금 빠듯한 여행일정에 맞는 숙소를 찾았고, 위치가 괜찮은 편이었던 남해 에버로즈 펜션으로 예약을 했습니다. 하지만 아쉽게도 당일, 중앙난방에 문제가 생겼다는 연락을 받게 되었고 사장님께서 다른 펜션으로 바꿔주셔서 에버로즈펜션의 후기는 아쉽게 쓰지 못 할 것 같습니다. 다음에 혹시 기회가 되면 묵고 싶습니다.^^"

"Ocean view off the balcony and whole eastern side of the room. Heated floors and new towels and toilet paper given daily. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in the shower which has great water pressure. Lovely receptionist (only speaks Korean). Great stay! ^^"
