"Warm welcome to us. Clean and bright. Modern looking. Felt at ease and comfortable. The housekeeping staff was attentive. The bathroom lock was faulty but we didn't report. We are surprised to see the lock replaced the evening we returned. "

"Quiet location on the river, but not far from the town. The service from all staff was outstanding and very welcoming . The food was great and went out of their way to accommodate food request. The exec chef, Satyajeet and his staff provided amazing service. We also used BhutanSwallow tours and would highly recommend their services. "

"Lovely hotel just outside town and in a great location convenient for an early morning trip to Tigers Nest. Surrounding area is lovely. Beautiful mountains. Hotel has a very pretty garden to sit in and to relax after your climb to the monastery! Staff are charming. Room that we had was large, clean. Good bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed and pillows. Restaurant good. Local, Indian, Chinese food and French fries which were great. Would certainly recommend!! "

"The property is at a walking distance from the immigration and pedestrian entrance if entering from India border to Bhutan. The cleanliness can be improved and lighting. Room size was big and spacious however it was lacking lights (only had a blub on top and two bed lamps ). In bathroom the water taps were leaking and the shower head was tied with rubber packing and while adjusting the head I feared it might fall out or get broken completely. Staff was friendly, helping and well Natured."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. Close to the riverside walk, and markets. There is also a nice small monastery opposite the hotel. The staff is so friendly, and the food is wonderful. "
