Great Vacation
The house was great located in a quiet neighborhood. Nice big yard very relaxing seen deer mongooses pool was great. The owner was very helpful we ended up staying a week longer I definitely recommend

AMAZING!!
My husband and I stayed here for the week of June 21 - June 28. The house and amenities are great. We saw the deer and the mongoose and had the cutest kitten to keep us company. The pool was awesome, temp just right. Very close to anything that you might need yet private as well. Would recommend this to anyone, no question.

From start to finish the property owner followed up with us. Amazing location. The pool was a blessing. The house was well taken care of and accomidating. Got to see an huge 3 ft Iguana on our porch. Loved seeing the birds lizards chickens Roosters and cats. Great place for a vacation. Bev was wonderful.

Island getaway
We loved our time at the house and on the island. Bev made everything so easy. Check in was simple. The house was spotless. The beds, super soft with perfect pillows. We cooked most of our meals and loved what seemed to be new appliances. The pool was a total hit! We started and ended each day with hours in the pool. We saw deer, mongoose ,an iguana and beautiful birds while floating in the pool. The neighborhood cats , chickens, and rooster were fun to have around. We were thankful for Bev’s beach and restaurant recommendations. Overall, a wonderful time!

2 week wedding getaway in paradise!
The house was wonderful! Definitely a paradise getaway on St. Croix Island! The house was very well equipped and clean. Comfortable beds and very spacious rooms. All the windows made the evening Caribbean breeze was magical to fall asleep to at night....and to wake up too! Great location in a safe part of the island. The hired help were all very helpful and friendly and took great care with the house. Groundskeeper even got a coconut out of the tree for us and schooled us on how to get into it like an islander! My grandkids were very impressed! The visit was far from long enough! We look forward to coming back for our anniversary! Thank you so much Bev for the memories! Did I mention the pool wS perfect too?? From 1-10...this house was a 20!

Paradise
Truly a magical vacation. This home is perfect as a central location on St Croix and close proximity to Christiansted. Two fantastic bedrooms - the master is enormous with a master bath. Beds are ver comfortable and shutters make for dark sleeping with in room AC units. Shutters then open for wonderful cross breezes and light throughout the house. We also utilized the loft for our girls which worked perfect. The pool area is fantastic and used the grill several evenings. The kitchen has everything you can think of. Bev is a fantastic host - ver easy to communicate with and accommodating. We would highly recommend. Also provide beach towels/pool towels and chairs - much appreciated. The on-property native wildlife - chickens, mongoose, deer, lizards, frogs and feral cats - all added to the ambiance ❤️ Hoping to return

Fantastic visit to St. Croix
We enjoyed our stay! The home was quaint and welcoming. The property caretaker available for questions anytime. We enjoyed the grounds, cooking out by the poolside, and the abundance of nature. As this property is pet friendly, our pup had ample room to roam. Great location!

Received a good idea of what it would be like to live on St Croix, and that's exactly what I wanted.

A hidden gem on the East End of the Island
Bev & Chip's house is a special gem on St. Croix. Their house is not only perfectly comfortable with all the necessary amenities and is well known on the island. The design and layout are spectacular and it is wonderful to stay in a house that holds so much history. We will return to St. Croix and we will hope we can stay at Bev & Chip's house again.

Great Find!
Found our perfect home for stays on St. Croix. Privacy, but minutes away from wonderful beaches and shopping / restaurants. Lots of room to relax & a nice clean pool to cool off in after a day in the sun. We would always choose to stay here whenever we visit. Bev was a fantastic host!

Home away from home!
I think after staying here we are spoiled and couldn't stay anywhere else. So many comforts made it feel like home. Everything from listening to the birds while having our coffee by the pool in the mornings to grilling dinner in the evenings and swimming with our daughter. We truly enjoyed our stay. Loved having a washer and dryer. Bev was always just a call away though we had everything we needed. The information packet was a great guide and we really enjoyed the beaches that were recommended. We were all so sad to leave. I hope that the next time we get to stay more than 12 days on St. Croix and at this beautiful home. Thanks Bev! ~ Sherry, Cody, & Morgan.

The rooms were much larger than the pictures. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, even aprons. The washer came in really handy since we were there about three weeks. It was so great to hang things on the line for that fresh air smell. Bev is really on the ball. I called one morning when the coffee pot didn't work, within 15 minutes we had another coffee pot. That's service! Our family, consisting of three generations, loved getting in the pool in the mornings, especially with all the pool toys. Myself, I liked just floating around on the plastic air chairs. The location was great for us, very central. Since we had lived on St. Croix in the 60's we had a lot to see and show my granddaughters (like the school their mom went to where we lived, etc.). We also drove up to The Leap and was so glad to see people still working with wood. We enjoyed the large Cruzan Rum Factory. Cheney Bay was a great place to paddle board but watch for sea urchins. Rainbow beach in F'sted had ski-dos. As for eating, Harvey's in town had good local food, fungi, kaloo, goat, salt fish, etc. Kim's also had great fish, especially grouper. We ate at Buccaneer to celebrate birthdays-very elegant and delicious. Duggin's Reef had the best lobsters. Then there was the food wagon in the evening by the dock in C'sted (use to be Lucy's). Also the taco place on the right going into town-great taco's. It looks like it might have been a filling station at one time. The beautiful home couldn't have suited us more.

Beautiful home!
My family and I loved our stay at this home. The pool was amazing and we enjoyed it every night after our daytime adventures. The house is so inviting and it had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. The grounds were lovely. Our family had a wonderful vacation and the home was perfect. Bev was so helpful and she ensured we had a great stay. I highly recommend this house for your stay in St. Croix. I am already planning our next visit.

Just Like Going Home (Again)
This was our second stay at Tipperary with Bev as our host. We came to St. Croix for the Ironman 70.3 and Sprint triathlon. From our stay last year, we were looking forward to the serene and peaceful house and grounds, and especially the pool. The house is nicely appointed in a nautical / aeronautical motif, with lots of natural woods and warmth. Having stayed on Bev's other listing (http://www.homeaway.com/vacation-rental/p323499), the house reminds me of the 45' CHP Trawler. The house is just a few miles from the center of Christiansted, and just a mile from Cheeseburgers in Paradise, one of our favorite hangouts. Beaches are less than 5 minutes away, and easy to find. As usual, the house was immaculate and completely furnished. Lots of towels and utensils, and we wanted for nothing. We pulled the pickup under the spacious carport and easily laid out our scuba diving and biking and gear in the shade. The pool was crystal clear and inviting, and we spent a lot of time swimming and lounging, withe the cooing of the doves in the background. I highly recommend this property, and we're already planning our return next year. Bev is a wonderful host, she thinks of everything, and she even came out on the bike course to cheer us on. Wonderful Host! Great house in a private location
Many thanks to Bev for sharing her beautiful home with us. We were here for a week's holiday (2 couples) and truly enjoyed our stay. The house is very well maintained, spacious, welcoming; wifi and cell service were excellent. The pool is awesome! It was our own private paradise for a week. Bev has great recommendations on restaurants (Cheeseburgers in Paradise, Deep End, Duggan's Reef to name a few), beaches, sightseeing and anything else you might want to see or do. We look forward to a return trip to #10 Tipperary! Bev goes out of her way to ensure you feel 'at home' in her home!

A fabulous home away from home... Cruzan style!!
We had an absolutely amazing week long vacation on St. Croix, and loved staying at Tipperary. The house is gorgeous, spotless, welcoming, and comfortable, with all the creature comforts of home. The wireless is fast, and cell phone coverage to the states is excellent. There is ample room to relax and unwind, the bedrooms and bathrooms are very nicely appointed, and the kitchen is spacious and up to date. The pool is fabulous, my little boy just learned to swim and he spent hours each day enjoying the pool. The owners, Bev and Chip, provided exemplary customer service, with detailed directions and information about the house and all its offerings prior to our arrival. Bev is an amazing hostess, so kind and warm, and helpful, truly gracious. Lovely tropical flowers and a bottle of Cruzan rum were awaiting our arrival upon entry into the gorgeous living room and kitchen area. What a treat!!! They had everything we needed, from beach towels to pool toys and rafts, even extra sunscreen. The attention to detail was unsurpassed, and this made for such an enjoyable stay. We loved Cheeseburger's in Paradise and the Deep End Restaurant (at Green Cay Marina), very close, and easy drive for lunch or dinner. The Buccaneer hotel was nice for an evening drink overlooking the ocean, and the Mermaid Beach at the hotel was fun for the whole family. We enjoyed Chenay Bay and the Carambola Beach, and the beach at the Tamarind Beach hotel... perfect for snorkeling after a delicious lunch. Crab races at the Buccaneer and The Deep End were so much fun!! I would highly recommend this home to friends and family for their next caribbean vacation. We can hardly wait to return back to St. Croix and Tipperary!!!
