Everything was great! It served us well for 5 days on the island. It didn’t matter to us, but know it’s a basement location. Views were of the garden area. Pool was beautiful right on the water. Easy snorkeling from shore.
We had a wonderful vacation in St.Croix. The condo was exactly what we expected from the booking. The renovations were excellent, condo and amenities were great, the beach and pool area was an added bonus. Only feedback we have is there could have been more towels and wash cloths as well as a tv in the master.

Exactly as described
The property is exactly as described. I was very impressed with the property manager and the ease in doing laundry (on site) as well as how quiet the room was even though it was an apartment. I would DEFINITELY rent here again.
I'd like to note two things that I thought were not represented fully
1. Internet - Costs roughly $40/week and you can ONLY get 4 devices on, moreover devices 2-4 can only be initially put on when office is open. For us the first 4 days the office wasnt open (holidays/weekends), thus we were stuck with one device. This doesnt sound like much, however when you are trying to do some work/contact ppl back home, its frustrating
2. Speed - The internet is extremely slow and has a lack of range. When I tried to Facetime in for a meeting there was no possibility of it. You must know that no streaming is possible.
3. Beds - both beds can be converted to 2 singles. This is a plus that I didnt realize beforehand

Good Unit, Adequately equipped.
Between us and other family members we spent time in 3 Mill Harbour units. This one was the nicest. We enjoyed recognizing the lovely local-artists' decor. It should be noted internet is not free, and you have to actually call the internet company to get a secure connection that does not timeout every half hour. Wifi connection is only reliable in the living room near the router probably due to cement walls. We didn't have many expectations due to affects from last hurricane season, but it would have been nice to have known about the restaurant closure ahead of time as we were looking forward to good things we have heard about the food and entertainment. We were very satisfied and will remember the unit number for future stays, as we saw first hand other units are not nearly as nice and the others had power or hot water issues that were not taken care of in a timely manner by their owners nor on-site manager. We had no problem with our condo except the power outage on our last day resulting in cold showers on our travel-home day. That's part of island life -we've been coming to St Croix for 25 years so we know basic things we are used to in the states are not guaranteed here. I also would like to mention the master bedroom bed is VERY comfortable, especially compared to the first unit we stayed in at #309 which was horrible. We really appreciated the comfort of the furniture and bed and the obvious effort that is made to keep the place both nice and comfortable.

We have visited St Croix several times over the past 22 years and usually stay on the North Shore/Carambola. We needed a trip and funds were tight so we gave this place a try. It is not a fancy high-end resort but has everything we need and the location is perfect to explore the entire island. We will definitely be staying here again and it was very fitting for the four of us. There were a few inconveniences like having to contact the owner to figure out how to get into the property once we landed but she was very responsive. The maid had also left all of the towels in the dryer and had not left toilet paper so we had to buy that. She also had not cleaned out the coffee pot but I understand it was a quick turnaround between us in the prior guests. All in all the stay was perfect for our needs. The restaurant on site was fantastic as well and super convenient to walk too.
We were very happy with this rental -- it had a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space for us. The unit is nicely decorated for a vacation on St. Croix and is close to all we wanted to see! We enjoyed the on-site restaurant/bar as well as the restaurants on the boardwalk in the harbor at Christensted. Since we prefer to have lunch out and dinner in, we found the local markets to be well-stocked (at least considering COVID issues) and a good road-side fish seller to the west (recommended by a local merchant).

It was amazing. The condo was lovely and perfect for our vacation. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The restaurant was having staffing issues, but who isn't? My only complaint was that we couldn't get the TV figured out, but that's a little deal.
Shaun has a very nice condo. He has put a lot of work into it and the interior design is superb. He has thought of most everything one could need and I loved all of the local art used to decorate. The most disappointing thing about the entire experience was the sargasso (seaweed). This gives the place a sewage like smell outside. The “private beach” advertised was unusable for swimming because of the seaweed but children could play in the sand. The pool area was very nice and the restaurant on-site was convenient even though some dishes were unreasonably pricey ($16 for a cup of soup!eek). The fish and chips was the best deal and yummy. Overall it was a wonderful trip and I have no regrets, I would even stay at Shaun’s condo again.
It was really easy to find. The house is beautiful. The location was safe and secure. If we come back we would definitely see if this property is available.
We enjoyed our stay and appreciated Shawn’s timely responses to questions - the space has a home away from home vibe! Lovely art throughout! We rented a car which is a necessity if you truly want to explore on your own. Ready to return! Thx, Shawn!
The property was clean and overall great. However, the location was not the best as the property was not on a good beach and not in the best neighborhood. For this property you definitely have to rent a car in order to go to better beaches, but for the price it was good and we had a great time overall.
Had a great stay, great beach. The area condo was in was alittle on the run down side but condos were great and in a gated property and was nice and quiet. The restaurant on property was not as good food wasn't good and service was even worse, but that was not fault of the owner Shawn he was great.

Misrepresented condo
My husband and I were very surprised and disappointed when we entered the condo. Many of the photos on the site do not match what we saw. We should have been told that the condo is in a state of being remodeled/repaired. There were cans of paint in plain sight, globs of spackle of the floor, and a newly sheet rocked but unpainted wall. A kitchen outlet had no cover plate (dangerous!). An entire wall of kitchen cabinets aren't there now, making it very inconvenient to get on our knees to access the dishes and pots and pans in 2 low cabinets. There are no doors on any closets. The sheers on the bedroom windows offer no privacy whatsoever (people walking by can see in as this is a ground level condo). In this condition, the condo has a 'cheap', low class vibe. If we had been made aware of the 'work in progress' condition, we would not have rented it at this time. We were not told the security code to enter the complex or that we had to register our stay at the office. On a positive note - the grounds are very nice, the beach and pool areas are never crowded, the bar & restaurant are convenient.

Great place. Great location
Perfect location to explore the island. Beaches close, 2 min. to town, less than 30 min. to each end of the island. Conda was clean and had everything we needed. Mattresses seemed new and were comfortable. Kitchen has some new upgrades. Plenty of room. Can see some hurricane damage but looks like new flooring and continues to upgrade. I will be returning.
