Luxurious Oceanfront Honeymoon Cottage - as seen on HGTV - Gated Subdivision

This 1B/1B oceanfront cottage with a full kitchen sits in a gated community on St. Croix's north shore. Sit and watch the surfers, windsurfers, kite surfers, turtles, whales, kayakers, and pelicans cruise through the water from the cottage deck or walk the 25 yards down to the beach for an even closer look. You may even run into a 500 pound turtle making a nest. Walk/run/bike the 9 miles of private roads within the safe gated community. Great central location for exploring all that St. Croix has to offer. 4 miles to downtown Christiansted.

St. Croix is the largest of the US Virgin Islands, but it remains a well-kept secret in comparison to St. Thomas and St. John. St. Croix is much quieter and more laid-back. The island offers water sports in abundance, such as scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, sailing, kayaking, surfing, and kite-surfing, with numerous beaches to explore. St. Croix has two small towns (Christiansted and Frederiksted) that have duty-free shopping and historic architecture. St. Croix offers something for everyone. Come relax on this wonderful island. No passports needed for US citizens.

St. Croix isn't just the largest of the U.S. Virgin Islands, but it also boasts the Caribbean's largest living reef. And it is the only spot in the region where you can dive a wall that drops more than 13,000 feet.

Great Escape!
Had a wonderful time visiting Chad and Emily’s cottage. It was stocked with everything we needed, clean, and safe location. Emily even had freshly baked cookies waiting for us upon arrival! Wonderful week there, my wife and I enjoyed our stay and would go back. Definitely recommend if you want a nice place in a safe neighborhood too. Every thing is is driving distance too. We had a very nice time there.

Perfect Rental for Two
This cottage packs a lot in a small space: King-size bed, A/C, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Internet and more. We had everything we wanted for our week-long stay. Judith’s Fancy is a very quiet, safe, gated community. Great location for exploring the whole island!

Chad and Emily ensure the entire stay is as seamless as possible! Their communications are great, from driving directions to the house, guest passes waiting at the gate right to our last morning check-out! The Perfect Island Getaway Location
Chad and Emily are perfect hosts, and we couldn't have asked for better accommodations for our island getaway. The cottage is comfortable and has everything you need - even if you didn't know you needed it, like a welcome bottle of rum from the hosts and a closet stocked with beach equipment. This was our second stay at the cottage - we hope to return soon!

Perfect spot for a relaxing get away!
This was our third time staying on St. Croix and by far our favorite place we've stayed! The owners have truly thought of everything from a fully stocked kitchen to everything you need for the beach (cooler, chairs, beach towels, floaties, etc)! The location is perfect - very close to downtown Christiansted and Mermaid Beach and not a far drive to other beaches like Rainbow and Cane Bay. We'll definitely be back and this will be our first choice for booking!

Great Stay in St. Croix
We had a great stay in St. Croix. The guest house was perfect for relaxing. Everything needed was available. Snorkeling gear, board games, beach gear.the kitchen was also well equipped. Everything was clean. The house is in a peaceful private neighborhood and close to everything. The owners were out of town, but were very easy to communicate with.

Happy Cruxan Christmas
My stay in the cottage with my BFF was perfect for our impromptu trip to St. Croix. We didn't do much research or planning for this trip; however, the cottage had absolutely everything we needed plus some. It is equipped for any kind of vacation you are looking for and in the best location to explore the island. The hosts were lovely, as well, welcoming, great communicators, flexible, and resourceful. My favorite parts of the cottage were my morning walks around the picturesque neighborhood ending on the beach, listening to the ocean and the night sky. My friend enjoyed her morning coffees and yoga on the porch. We have no complaints. Thank you!!

A 25th to Remember!
My husband and I celebrated our 25th at this beautiful cottage. It has everything you could possibly need, and Chad and Emily are so accommodating. (Emily the cookies were such a special touch and outstanding!) The cottage is centrally located on the island, so we took the opportunity to access both east and west side activities. My husband took three dive trips and he said it is some of the best diving he has done in the world. The dining was phenomenal too- not a bad meal all week. Wonderful memories in a sunny paradise!

What a view!
You couldn’t get closer to the ocean if you tried! You look out the front porch and it’s right there with two great chairs to just sit in and listen and watch the waves! Chad and Emily were so kind and hospitable and greeted us and took time to chat and answer island questions that we had. The place was in a nice safe and gated neighborhood. It was well equipped and comfortable and clean! Would definitely recommend it for a base point to drive around and tour the island - it’s a great location in the center where you can get anywhere conveniently! Can’t recommend it enough!

The best location for a wonderful vacation!
We LOVED every minute of our vacation in St. Croix! This little house was perfect because it allowed us the privacy and convenience of a home but while in a tropical paradise:) We packed as much as we could into each day, but our Favorite times were the lazy days on the beach right outside our door here or @ Cane Bay. This was the perfect way to celebrate our 2 year anniversary and wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else. The cottage owners were the perfect combination of helpful, hospitable and Friendly. They made our stay better because they made great suggestions for restaurants and daily adventures while making us feel right at home. We wish we could have stayed longer, Thanks so much for being so helpful, we feel we made new friends on the North Shore!!!
