Exotic 1700 sqft 2 level Townhouse with Sea, and Harbor View

The view and breeze from this charming 1700 square feet two level with 2 bedroom/ 3.0 bath Townhouse is one of the best on the island! The delightful gallery overlooks the views of Christiansted harbor, Hotel on the Cay (private island) the Caribbean Sea during the day, and downtown Harbor nightlights during the evening. This community is less than 7-minutes drive from downtown, shopping, bars, restaurants, groceries, and a short drive to several beaches. Due to the lack of sidewalks in the community, I don't recommend walking.
The Townhouse features custom kitchen and bathroom cabinets made of Central American Mahogany, big living room with high ceilings. Sunny (screened roof) atrium with indoor garden….which opens to the skies. Indoor kids play area. Some free weights, and an Aerobic stair stepper.
The ground floor patio off the master suite also overlooks the views of Christiansted harbor and the Caribbean Sea, and opens to well-kept grounds. Enjoy the breeze during a candle lit dinner on the gallery overlooking the lights of Christiansted or lounge by the massive pool area - great for sun bathing or laps.

The complex has a security gate and is fully fenced, along with an auto-generator.

This is the Caribbean (tropical weather) so there are some possibility of the occasional tropical insects making their way into the home.

This (Castle Inspired) Estate is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on a hill, and minutes away from shopping, groceries, attractions, and several beaches.

For safety and liability reasons, no additional guest allowed on property.

Stay at Hermon Hill
The location was convenient and the facilities were comfortable and clean. Parking directions and identifying the apartment correctly need to be improved to eliminate confusion . In general the apartment provided a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

Great property with great views!
This property is amazing! It is centrally located on island which is perfect for transport to all coastal shorelines. Claudene, the property owner is very personable and comminicates clearly and concisely. She will make it her utmost priority to ensure your stay is the absolute best possible! The property itself is in a gated community and has a large/well maintained pool available. The amenities are plentiful and all work without issue. This includes a seamless wifi router with great coverage throughout the property and Roku TV that works flawlessly. Last but certainly not least is the stunning view of downtown Christiansted, the north coast and the other Virgin Islands on the horizon. The sunrises from the front patio are priceless. I highly recommend renting this property!

Such a Great Spot!
This condo was a great home base for a family of five looking to explore St. Croix. Can't say enough about the views from the balcony. The easy access to Christiansted and the Boardwalk was a plus. Claudene was a great host and everything worked seamless with checking in and leaving. The property felt safe and having access to the pool was nice. Would highly recommend and if I ever get back would stay there again.

Potential Gem
The Pros- Claudene is super responsive, the appliances are up to date, water pressure is amazing, layout of condo is very unique and functional, the development has a pool and is super quiet, the ocean view is breathtaking, Claudene greeted us with fully stocked fridge, Wi-Fi is the best we've had on the island. The Cons - The unit was not cleaned upon arrival (Claudene promptly handled the situation), the unit has challenges with roaches and pharaoh ants, the pictures of the unit, mainly the furniture, are worn down, the bathrooms in the lower level are very damp, the A/C units need to be cleaned The unit has so much potential it just needs a super deep clean, attention to deal, and updated décor.
