This spectacular vacation property is located on the east end of the Island of St. Croix, the most desirable part of the Island.  Views of downtown Christiansted, Buck Island, St. Thomas, and Virgin Gorda. This property sits high in the neighborhood of Seven Hills offering breathtaking views that are some of the Island's BEST.
Nothing has been overlooked in this perfectly appointed Villa.


Jaw dropping views all the way around, inside and out! Fully stocked with EVERYTHING you need to enjoy your stay in St Croix! You will enjoy a well-appointed kitchen, pool, and beach supplies, i.e. Beach Chairs, Towels, Umbrellas, and even a SUP board! Bluetooth speakers are available upon request. High-end linens throughout the property.

The bedrooms easily accommodate 6 but using a sleeper sofa/rollaway the home can accommodate up to 8 with additional fees. The furnishings and decor are pristine and the house is newly renovated.It is an ideal place for a relaxing vacation in a private setting. Newly installed UV filters provide safe drinking water.

A quick 4.6-mile drive to Downtown Christiansted and The famous boardwalk that is perfect for dining and people watching.

Vista Del Mar Villa
This home has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms along with an open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. An entertainer's dream! Enjoys and drinks and snacks at the pass-through Kitchen Window Bar. Perfect for relaxing poolside. The King size master bedroom is located upstairs, which is the entry-level and main floor and has a Tempurpedic Adjustable mattress. Smart TV's in the master bedroom and main floor living area. Extra amenities everywhere including a Sonic Ice Machine and Margarita machine.

Floating stairs bring your downstairs where 2 bedrooms and a living area boast sunsets views as well. The king-size and queen-size bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. A sofa in the downstairs living area has queen size sleeper sofa. Four additional roll-away beds are available if needed (upon approval). Completely remodeled downstairs kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, sink, plus full-size dining room table.  Downstairs has its own newly landscaped lawn and garden area. Full sliding windows open to a private furnished balcony with amazing views of Buck Island.

Tropical beauty abounds this property with lush native landscaping. Luxurious outdoor seating throughout the property. High atop Seven Hills allows for incredible views breezes and utterly relaxing opportunities to sip your coffee or enjoy a cocktail as you watch boats sail by.

The property manager/owner is available on site to assist with special requests or needs. The property manager stays in the cottage on site, which faces away from the main house, to protect and respect your privacy. I am available to ensure a great stay and an excellent guest experience and you will not see me unless you need my assistance. I am available for concierge services. Your privacy is of the highest importance, however, there are portions of the pool which fall within the coverage area of a few of these cameras.

Best Experience Ever
First of all Laura was a dream host. She was very attentive and found out it was my birthday and even baked me a chocolate cake which was delicious. The home description and pics online really doesn't do this home justice. I travel back to St. Croix pretty much every year and I must say that this home was perfect. From the curb appeal to to the outdoor kitchen to the little amenities and touches. It was perfect. And not to mention the best views we have had on the island. Our little visitor Lily (Laura's teacup poodle) was an adorable surprise to our stay. Laura did a great job designing and decorating. Will be returning for sure.

Another lovely stay at our own private resort
This was our second stay at Vista Del Mar, and it was just as lovely as the first. The house is beautiful, bright, well maintained and with spectacular views and amenities (pool, firepit, decks, outdoor dining spot and grill). Lots of beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc. to help explore the island. One of us was sick with probable flu while there and Laura provided a little basket of helpful things like pain reliever, mouthwash, essential oils (for sinus congestion), and the like that helped us through the very inconveniently timed illness. Though I guess I'd rather let the sun and sea air help with recuperation than the dismal snow/rain/grey skies of home! Laura is very easy to get hold of and helpful in answering any questions, but not intrusive in the slightest. A perfectly charming host!

Breath taking amazing
From the moment we walked in, the views and amenities were amazing! We were so impressed by the online pictures but nothing compared to the actual vista from all the rooms and outdoor spaces. Laura is the best host and so accommodating. She has thought of everything. The furniture is so clean and comfortable. The kitchen and pantry so well appointed that Gordon Ramsey couldn’t get upset. Beds were comfortable and left us well rested for the next day’s adventure. We could see the sunrise peaking over the hill and sunsets were spectacular. Outdoor dining and kitchen a perfect extension to the wow of the indoors. We can’t wait to book again!!!

Nothing short of Amazing!
We spent a week at the property and were absolutely WOWed from the moment we arrived until the sad day of departure. The host was so helpful and personable. She often went the extra mile and was happy to do what ever she could to make our stay at her home, and on the island in general, great. She was available and present but was never intrusive. She is great! The home was beyond beautiful! Laura has done an amazing job from the kitchen and shared areas to each of the bedroom suites. The pictures in the listing only capture a portion of all we found—personal robes, slippers, bathroom products beyond the usual, soft ice machine, wine cooler and so much more! Everything was comfortable, well thought out, and well cared for. The pool, cabana, and fire pit we also great! The garden is breath taking as are the views from just about everywhere inside and outside of the house. We had an amazing trip and would surely book this home again without hesitation and would reccomend it 100% to anyone considering staying here. I would say to rent a jeep, the hills are beautiful but may not be well suited for a sedan travel!

Incredible View and Home
Vista del Mar is truly an exceptional vacation home. The house is tastefully decorated, outfitted with anything you could want or need, elegant yet comfortable, and the views are spectacular. One clear day we saw St. Thomas, St. John's and some BVIs. The outside pool, patio, fire pit and outdoor kitchen areas made it easy to relax and find privacy, even with a big family group. The location on St. Croix is above it all and still close to many beaches, restaurants, shopping and charter boats. Laura is a fantastic host, unobtrusive and yet available to help out as needed, from house info to restaurant and excursion intel. If you're going to St. Croix, this is a great choice for accommodation.

Absolutely the best VRBO ever!!
Laura’s place is nothing short of amazing. She thinks through all of the extra special details like the welcome drink and the robes and slippers and down to the logistics like shampoo/conditioner/body wash, soap, paper towels, tissues, dishwasher tabs, etc. You will want for nothing! Check in was great, as Laura met us near the home and led us up the hill to the place. She gave us amazing food recommendations and we enjoyed everything: The pool and outdoor areas are amazing - tons of place to sit and tools for an outdoor BBQ around the fire pit. And the views - literally amazing! You cannot beat this place. If for some reason you’re on the fence, you should absolutely book this without any hesitation. When we return to STX we won’t stay anywhere else! The pictures truly don’t do the place justice! Thank you, Laura! Can’t wait to come back soon!

Wow! Wonderful and Memorable Stay at Vista Del Mar!
Laura was responsive throughout our pre-arrival timeframe, sending helpful information & recommendations (which were spot-on, every time, in every category). When we arrived, Laura was warm & welcoming, giving us a tour of the house, tips on how to get around & more recommendations. The house was filled w/thoughtful touches to make our stay easier & more enjoyable. The kitchen was very well stocked w/everything we could possibly need. The house itself was extremely clean & comfortable, w/strong, reliable WiFi, & the ability to open up the sliding doors & pass-through windows in the kitchen, creating a constant cross breeze & the perfect open air environment. You can stand anywhere on the property, or in the house, & have gorgeous water views, or turn your back to the water & enjoy equally gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. The large outdoor space & deck areas provide a great balance of sun or shade, depending on your preference & the time of day. Laura has carefully & lovingly curated every small detail of this home & property to provide comfort, ease & an upscale getaway experience. She was an amazing hostess, remaining easy to reach & extremely responsive throughout our stay, while always making us feel like we were staying w/a friend. The best vacation of our lives
The house is immaculate and exactly as depicted. The views are stunning and Laura was a truly incredible host. We stayed the entire week of Thanksgiving and had cooking obligations for dinner. The house lacked absolutely nothing- fully stocked with every utensil possible which made cooking several dishes a breeze. Laura is so hands on and attentive is an understatement. She thought of everything, high end furniture, bug spray, blue tooth speakers, Margaritaville drink mixer! The 270° views were bar none. We won’t stay anywhere else on St. Croix. 10/10 stars!

Annual Couples Trip (Family) - Simply the BEST!
Vista Del Mar is an extraordinary Villa on an amazing island with an EXCEPTIONAL Host/Owner! Our group consisted of three couples- (family) that travel annually together. We have extremely high standards/expectations and we thoroughly research each of the properties/locations. Laura met us nearby and we followed her to the property. The property description was spot on and couldn’t have been any more accurate and the views are incredibly beautiful. I have to say that we were truly blessed to find this location! Laura is the Host with the Most! She is extremely attentive and considerate. She is available to answer any questions, provide recommendations on anything we need, and is even willing to take care of the shopping if needed. High-end EVERYTHING for this home. EVERYTHING you need and the kitchen… WOW (for those fellow cooks) it was amazing from the W&S plates to every small appliance (air fryer, blenders, slow cooker, etc.) The thought that Laura put into guests' needs and their overall experience is amazing. She thought of everything. The house was spotless and again even more beautiful in person (how can that be, right??). The fact that each bedroom had an ensuite was perfect! All in all, we had an amazing time and can’t wait to return! Laura, you and your home were the highlight of our trip. We can’t wait to see you again VERY SOON! Amazing Property
Vista Del Mar is a special place on a beautiful island. We were three couples on a first trip to St. Croix. This turned out to be the perfect property for us. We had very high expectations based on the reviews and this property managed to exceed our expectations. The location has spectacular views of Christiansted and Buck Island (spectacular day and night). There is a beautifully landscaped yard with a refreshing pool, relaxing gas firepit, and a great outdoor kitchen/dining area. There are several decks on the property, with very nice furniture, that also provide great views. The house is exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need, including high-end appliances and a soft ice machine. The three bedrooms, each with a beautiful en suite bathroom, were perfect for three couples. It was also nice to have beach chairs, towels, coolers, sand shoes, etc. available to explore the great beaches. The bottom line is that Laura has demonstrated an exceptional attention to detail. We have stayed at several VRBO properties and had very good experiences, but nothing quite like this. Thank you, Laura, for sharing your beautiful home and for your unforgettable hospitality!

Paradise at Vista Del Mar
This home and the property are truly something special. From the moment you step onto the property you will be wowed by all the beauty that surrounds it. We stayed for a week in June and it was an absolute oasis. Laura makes the entire place really feel like your own home. Nothing is overlooked, from the amazing kitchen with top notch everything, to the linens and towels in the beautiful en-suites, to the comfy seating and lounging areas outside with the most amazing views, Laura goes above and beyond to make the house your own private villa. The decor and furniture was beautiful but comfy. Laura was so thoughtful and left us an amazing welcome tray with all kinds of goodies. She met us to have her follow her up to the house when we arrived to make it easier (lower, upper upper 😉) to find. She showed us around and told us tips and tricks of the island and then left us to it! She was always available to ask for dinner recommendations or the best beaches to try. And we got to get our puppy loving on adorable Lilly when she came for a little visit in the yard. Absolutely loved the property, the island, the owner, and hope to be back to Vista Del Mar again soon. Thank you Laura for everything!

This place was immaculately designed with comfort in mind. There is literally everything i needed and wanted at this place. Comfy beds, pool, views, space, privacy, cleanliness, beach chairs/towels/coolers etc - all in a well-designed package. The host was so helpful, thoughtful, and generous and made us feel attended to during this trip. Like it was a dreeeam. If you are considering this place, stop looking and BOOK IT! Little slice of heaven in St. Croix
We found our week long stay at Laura’s residence to be unforgettable! From the beautiful views, well groomed and colorful landscaping, the pool, fire pit and well stocked home, our stay was a perfect kid-free getaway for 3 couples! Laura was always eager to help us plan dinners out if needing suggestions or to answer any questions we may have had! We enjoyed a beach day with snorkeling in Fredrickested (Louie’s Nachos Bar), sunset dinner at AMA, Mother’s Day brunch at Caroline’s, a ferry ride to Hotel on the Cay for some beach bbq, a charted snorkel tour to Buck Island, and ended our week with another sunset dinner at Duggan’s Reef for Lobster! We came away from this vacation rested, happy and eager to plan our return. This property is a must stay when visiting St. Croix! You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing Golden Girl Trip in Awesome Villa
My days and hours spent pouring over every detail in all available villas in St. Croix were well spent as I'm convinced that we couldn't have found a more amazing place on the entire island! I'll admit that I am very particular to every item which includes great outdoor furnishings (as well as indoors), comfortable bedding and fully stocked kitchens and I was NOT disappointed with Vista del Mar! The 180 views were beyond spectacular from sunrise to sunset and the gorgeous landscaped yard provided privacy along with a tropical feel. The bedding was divine, I've even ordered some for my home now. The adjustable beds were an extra too! Well stocked in everything you need for an island vacation, down to boogie boards, coolers and water shoes. The owner Laura went out of her way to make sure we had every comfort and even offered to come home to help us one day when we found out we had a flat tire in her driveway! Thankfully the car rental place took care of it for us but she was ready to assist. The covered outdoor kitchen, the adirondacks around the firepit . . .If you're looking for every comfort THIS IS THE PLACE.

Laura was a phenomenal host. Her home was well stocked with everything you could possibly need (and more!). She left us a sweet welcome gift, guided us through the house when we arrived, and was always available with suggestions for things to do and see on the island. (Note: She lives on the property but unless we reached out to her she was unnoticeable.) You can NOT beat the views and comfort her home provides. 10/10 would stay again. You will not be disappointed. (Final thought- the drive to her home is a bit rocky and kind of steep, so I recommend renting a jeep or something similar that can handle the road. BUT TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!)

Absolutely Amazing
We just got back from a week's stay at this property and I can't begin to tell you how absolutely perfect this property is and how wonderful the owner, Laura is. This was our 3rd time visiting St. Croix and our first time staying at his property and I can honestly say this is hands down the best property we stayed at. The house is absolutely beautiful and Laura has provided everything you could possibly want in every room of the house. The 180 degree views of the ocean are breathtaking. Yes, Laura stays in the house next to this one, but honestly, you will be glad she is there, unless you have a question for her, you never really see her. We asked her for several restaurant suggestions and she was very helpful in giving us some great suggestions, every one of them was great. The outdoor space at the property is more than anyone could ask for, a beautiful pool with plenty of lounge chairs and other chairs to sit around the pool, the fire pit area and the beautiful outdoor kitchen. We would definitely rent this house again.

Amazing Property
Book this property! From the moment we arrived we were a bit awestruck.The property is exactly as advertised and spectacular. The pool area is gorgeous. Our two teenagers loved the pool and the pool toys. As the sun moved, there was always somewhere comfy around the pool you could sit in the sun or in the shade. The home is exceptionally clean and I don’t say that lightly. She has thought of so many details that I’ve never seen a VRBO owner care about and execute so incredibly. The kitchen is GORGEOUS and was great for cooking every day. The power went out for a bit one day (it was super windy and rainy). Laura texted me and offered to turn on the generator. I told her that we were okay (we were reading and playing games) but she turned it on anyways after a short while which was pretty great so that we were able to watch movies. Happily, regular power was restored after not too long. We knew Laura lived in a cottage on the property and worried about privacy, however that was not an issue. We saw her briefly most days if we were outside, but she was just checking in to see if we needed anything. We loved her and her beautiful home! I’d have liked a few hooks outside to hang sandy beach towels and/or suits since we didn’t want to bring them inside or leave them on her awesome outdoor furniture or railing all night. That isn’t a complaint… small detail that may help keep sand out of the home… particularly with kids:) Thank you for the opportunity to relax at your home! AMAZING!

A nice house for an island but not accurately listed
I will try to keep this short and kind. We spent a lot of money to find out that the property isn’t truly your own place. The property manager lives along side the pool/courtyard area. The owners said they didn’t mind my wife wears skimpy swim suit but that’s a deal breaker for us. In our opinion this defeats the purpose of renting your own place for a couple weeks. Then to find out there’s cameras all over the place upon arrival. These details were not accurately listed when we rented the house until after we complained. We literally didn’t want to be at the house and we rented it for roughly 2 weeks.
