Our Nubian Sand Condo is in the exclusive Sugar Beach Condominium community.You will enjoy beautiful unobstructed beach front views and colorful tropical foliage.

This quiet, security patrolled location is conveniently located close to Christiansted, Sunny Isles Shopping Center and 20 minutes from the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport. The beautiful white sandy beach is literally steps away from your condo where you can swim, snorkel or build those sand castles from your dreams.

The space
Nubian Sand features a one bedroom with a King size bedroom suite, one full bath, shower, central air conditioning, Free Wi-Fi, 55-inch T.V. in the living room and 50 inch in the bedroom.

The full kitchen has plenty of dishware, cookware, glasses and utensils and all major appliances, including microwave and a washer and dryer for your use. While lounging in the living room, just open the slider doors and enjoy the ocean breezes.

The patio is comfortably furnished for a wonderful evening of relaxation and dining.

Great beach, great location
Saw a lot of places around a fantastic island, this is a top notch place to stay if you want a beach and a quiet setting. We didnt even check out the pool.

Peaceful Sugar Beach
We had an amazing time in this Sugar Beach Condo. The unit is as described. It was clean and sitting on the patio we had an amazing view.

View is Priceless...Soothes the Soul
This Condo was perfect for my 50th Birthday Vacay with my Hubs. The view is just so beautiful and mezmorizes you which makes it very hard to leave the balcony. Inside is just as perfect. It really has everything you need (the only thing missing was a box of tissues) The host was very easy to communicate with when neede. The pool is amazing and it's location to the condo is so convenient. The beach and snorkeling is just as great. We did explore alot of the Island but still have more to do on our next trip. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Wonderful beach front apartment!
This was our best stay by far in the Virgin Islands! The beach view was breathtaking. The furniture and beds were extremely comfortable and the basket of extras- snacks, wine and spirits were so enjoyed! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect getaway

This place was perfect!
Wonderful location! Directly on the beach, moments from Christiansted and a great center point for traveling the entire island. The pool facility was spectacular and the condo itself was absolutely perfect for the two of us. The owner was pleasant and very prompt with helping us and so very kind. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit St. Croix.

Newly renovated condo is right on the beach. It's stocked with the essentials to make yourself right at home. The very best thing though is the view! Central location gave us good access to the entire island.

Anniversary Trip
The condo is beautiful 😍 Everything you need is equipped dishes, pans, fridge stove microwave etc. we did not rent a car we took a taxi everywhere. Host recommended The Bombay for out anniversary dinner and it was delicious. I contacted the property manager for any concerns and she answered all of them . Very clean and right off the beach . Host also told us to go to Pueblo grocery/Liquor store and it had whatever we needed . They are pricey though . Visit the boardwalk while here very nice . We also did a 2 hour boat ride through Big Beards only $80.00 for two of us . We stayed 6 days and 5 nights . Definitely worth it !!!!

Inaccurate description, run down, not clean, unwashed linens, lipstick stains on drinking cups
We checked in and dropped off our bags around noon. We did not inspect the condo, but at a quick glance it looked fine. At 8pm we returned (no longer daylight). We made dinner (kitchen supplies were good) and then my husband went to look for the bed where the advertised 3rd person could sleep. We discovered that there was not a pull out couch or air mattress. If a property lists that it sleeps 3, there should be a bed for all 3 people. Upon contacting the property manager she initially apologized and said the listing should say 2 people and that it is normally meant for couples, there was not a bed for all 3 people. She said that someone should either sleep on the couch or buy an air mattress from Walmart. As we paid a lot for 4 nights, including a specific fee for a 3rd guest (with no bed) this was not a reasonable option for our family for 4 nights. I asked if we could stay there for the current night and be refunded for the remaining 3 nights to find a place that accommodated sleeping for 3 on beds. The property manager refused, stating that the property was advertised correctly and one person can sleep on the couch. Then we put our sleepy child to bed in the king bed without ever turning on the lights. If you have a child, you can understand a child being too young to sleep on the couch, meaning my husband or I would need to sleep on the couch for 4 nights. My husband slept on the couch. During the night I rolled over and stuck my hand in something dried and crusty on the sheet. I turned on my phone flashlight and found a dried white smear on the sheet. I tried not to think about that too much and decided to further assess once my son was awake. The ceiling fan also sounded like an airplane propeller. In the morning with the lights on, we discovered there were 3 white crusty stains on the blue sheets of the bed, one about 7 inches long right in the middle where my son slept and the other two about 3 inches in diameter and on to the side of the bed where I slept. In reporting this to the property manager, she claimed I was making it up to get my money back and that an inspection is done before renting (probably not including the sheets). This is my word versus the property manager but I would think twice before renting this condo. Other issues: lipstick on “clean” glassware, water stained ceilings, torn screens, sliding doors broken. We left after the first night and stayed at Taramind Reef Resort (good!!) despite the sunk cost of this condo.

Feels like a private beach
Great condo! We will book again soon. There was never more than 2 or 3 other people on the beach or at the pool. Condo well stocked. There was even a little basket of goodies waiting for us when we arrived. Christiansted is only a 30 min walk. 2 restaurants at the condos next door, I suggest Coral sea cafe. The last thing please fix the squeaky fan in the bedroom.

Best property manager ever!
We had some snaffoo’s with a few things that were not at all due to condo being unkempt or not equivalent to listing. Each time I emailed the property manager, she got back to me immediately and followed up with me. Also, the location of the condo is great! Only real complaints include “clicking” noise from ceiling fans and bed mattress too soft for my taste. Overall, would definitely rent again.

The condo was remodeled and better than the pictures. The ocean view and breeze were fabulous. The condo was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and had all that was needed for a relaxing vacation. The property manager was very responsive. The staff worked hard every week day to remove the Sargassum from the beach. The beach was great..

Beautiful Condo!
We absolutely loved our stay! This condo was gorgeous and fully remodeled. Everything was comfortable and cozy. The pool at this location was huge, gorgeous, and clean. Great for laying out or ending your day! There was a security guard onsite. There are also two Tennis Courts and access to the beach. Gorgeous views from the very large balcony. I highly recommend staying here! Already miss it so much!

Loved waking up to a beautiful view of the ocean every morning. White sand beach was groomed.
The location was excellent as it provided easy access to local restaurants and shopping. It was a 20 to 30 minute drive to get anywhere on the island. Had a beautiful ocean view to wake up to every morning and we could hear the sounds of the waves from our balcony! Owner was easy to work with and responsive to any questions I had. The beach from our balcony was picturesque and would be a beautiful spot for a wedding ceremony the sand was gorgeous and white! We enjoyed having a fully functional kitchen and a washer and dryer! Perfect amenities for a fabulous price!

Great view, location, and comfort.
This rental is clean, comfortable, and has all You need for a comfy vacation. Location to Christiansted is very close. Owner is great with communication. We did unfortunately have a beach filled with sargassum and we’re unable to swim out front, but after owner contacted condo place, and after five days of clean up the beach was cleared again. This is natural in the VI and nothing that the owner could do, and with the many beaches around the island, your sure to find other swimming and snorkling spots. The AC was buzzing high pitch all week and had some issues and were unable to get maintenance out to fix it but again, out of the owners control. Overal the condo is amazing, the island is amazing, and the owners is very helpful and kind. Great time!

Great Location Right on Sugar Beach
Great location on Sugar Beach and close to Christainsted. Located near the center of the island allows easy access to points either east or west. About a 30 minute drive to Fredricksted. Condo was clean with furnishings and amenities as represented. The host was responsive to our questions and requests. Facility could offer more water "toys", which would enhance the offering. All in all a nice place. We would book again without hestation.
