The condo also has a brand new mattress and new sofa, plus all new kitchenware to include pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, plates, wine glasses and much more. Book with confidence, I promise you will love this condo on the beach!

Great views from anywhere in the suite, to include from the bed at sunrise, the kitchen, couch or on the balcony! Excellent AC to keep the place cool. Everything is brand new!

The ac did not work and the host told us on our last day to talk to the front desk. We stayed at a friends place because of the heat. The tv did not work. When we arrived it took numerous phone calls to even get ahold of the host.

Great studio in central location
Clean, comfortable studio with good kitchen. Nice facilities and quiet beach. Less than a half hour to sights anywhere on island and near several grocery stores and restaurants. We will visit again!

Perfect get away
My boyfriend and I needed a get away that was within distance of everything. The kitchenette was also perfect for days we didn’t want to go out. Would recommend to bring your significant other.

Great stay!
The condo was perfect for two people. It was updated and looked just like the pictures. Booking with Shawn was easy and he even sent a lot of great information! Ocean view was great as well. We liked the location, it was just far enough from town that it was quiet but close enough to take a short drive in. Also not far from any other part of the island. The only problem we had was finding the complex itself. We used the address listed and it brought us to the first of four condo complexes. I reached out to Shawn and he responded quickly. From then on we used Club St. Croix when putting it in the gps. Pool and beach area were great.Thanks Shawn! We had a great experience!

This was a beautiful property with a very long barrier reef perfect for snorkeling. The beach could be cleaned of rocks and the bed could be comfier. Otherwise it's a great place.

Amazing location with a beautiful view
The beach on location is a wonderful place to relax and watch the waves or go for a swim. The onsite pool, spa, and restaurant are wonderful. It is very conveniently located just outside Christiansted. If you want to go see the other side of the island, just a short 30 minute drive is all it takes. There was a list of recommended activities, and directions on how to get there. We will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our stay at Club St Croix
Unit was very clean. Shawn responded to all our needs within a reasonable amount of time. Apartment had all that was needed but would have liked more wash clothes & towels for the 7 days so we didn’t have to bother Shawn. Used the Google maps to find our way around so traveling by car was good to a point. There are few and far between street signs. Could not locate Rainbow beach even with maps. But that was ok. We cooked most nights at home but Breezez was a great place to eat. Would definitely return to this place in the future

Fun in the Sun!
Property grounds were as advertised and expected. Nicely maintained with direct beach access and dedicated sun shades and lounges. A little seaweed (sargassum) but certainly not enough to be unpleasant. Enjoyed our time on the beach in the evenings. Unit itself was also as advertised. Decent location, close to Christiansted, grocery stores and gas. Small, but perfect for two and nicely renovated (almost like new). Plenty of snorkel gear in the unit, used it on a day trip to Buck island. Shawn (host) reached out immediately after booking and was very responsive to answering any questions we had prior to arrival. The on site restaurant (Le Cuisinier) was very good, great service even though we came in 2 minutes before they were closing one evening. They took good care of us! Would stay here again without question, really enjoyed it!

Beautiful sunrises
St Croix was our second stop on our first trip to the Caribbean. Because of the hurricanes we had to postpone the trip which we originally planned for last fall. Friends of ours had come in March and reassured us that everything was fine and it really was. Shawn’s condo is in a great location, with a nice beach on property and easy drives to anywhere on the island. Breezez restaurant on site is good and has a terrific view of the beach. Christiansted is just a few minutes away. While there is still evidence of storm damage and recovery efforts we didn’t have any issues. Lots to see and do, or just chill on the beach! Condo is really clean and has what you need. Check in and out is really easy. And wow, you can’t miss the amazing sunrises!

We had a great vacation and you can't beat the view and convenience from Unit 211. However, the unit itself was pretty beaten up. A little attention could make a big difference. Pros: Location, view, Cons: little bugs CONSTANTLY on the counters, no matter what we did. The hot water in the shower lasts 3 minutes AT THE MOST. The oven door remains ajar as does the lid on the coffee pot. My biggest pet peeves were the bugs and lack of hot water in the shower. For the price for 10 days, perhaps I shouldn't have expected better. But just clean the place up a bit and it would be great.

We spent 2 weeks on this beautiful island. The condo location is great & owner Shawn was very quick to respond to texts questions. The bathroom & kitchen have been newly renovated as described & are very nice. The major fault with the unit is the horrible bed & the reason it’s not a 5 rating. The bedding is so worn & frayed that the bottom sheet & mattress pad all come loose every night and end up in a big wad in the middle of the mattress. The bed creaks like an old floor that even ear plugs can’t drowned out. My husband & I are small people, but larger folks would have a very difficult time finding any comfort at all on this mattress. Of lesser note, there are no measuring cups in the kitchen, only one small saucepan, the can opener doesn’t work & there are no freezer glasses as noted in the info materials. No dish soap was provided, only for the dishwasher & no condiments available - even salt & pepper. There are two beach chairs provided but one is rusted through & broken. We travel with our own snorkeling gear but there are many sets provided in the unit. The checkout process is wonderful!! The cleaning fee charged actually provides the cleaning & you just lockup & return the key to the office. Most other VRBO rentals we’ve done charge the fee but expect you to do the majority of the cleaning before you depart. We’d definitely visit again & will recommend the unit to friends & family but only with a bed update.

Clean, Comfortable, and Serene
I traveled to St. Croix alone; therefore I wanted to stay in a location that was safe and close to the beach. The onsite property management staff were incredibly helpful! The night manager helped me bring in luggage and groceries. The day manager offered great suggestions on places to visit in town. The beach was serene and quiet. Plenty of seating at different times of the day. Groundskeepers worked throughout the day to maintain the seaweed. The onsite restaurant (no longer called Breezes) served delicious food and drinks. Staff were courteous and attentive. The condo was cleaned very well prior to my visit. The kitchen was well-appointed, the fridge was empty and spotless, plenty of plastic containers to pack snacks for the beach, and the air conditioner was quiet and cools the space quickly. The bathroom was incredibly clean. The walk in shower is very spacious, great water pressure, and the water stayed hot the entire shower. Plenty of drawers to store toiletries. - Things to take note of, but did not affect my stay: 1. There is a window in the bathroom that faces the hallway of the building. Something to be mindful of at night. 2. Bottles of water and snacks were not provided, as the description indicated; so be sure to stop at the market prior to arriving. Luckily I had groceries, so this wasn't a concern for me. 3. Beach towels were not provided in the unit, as the description stated, but there were plenty with the property manager. 4. I wanted a tech free vacation, so I didn't bring my laptop to watch movies. The available TV stations all had static so I watched shows on my cell phone while eating. - Communication with Shawn Prior to booking, prior to arrival, and during the trip- Shawn answered all of my questions timely and efficiently. I had to shorten my trip and Shawn was very understanding. - Why four stars? Simple: the bed. As previous posters have mentioned, the bed is not comfortable at all. The bed squeaks when sitting on it and when moving during sleep. The box spring has noticeable brown stains on all sides. Between the mattress and box spring are sheets of plywood. The mattress itself is quite thin and flimsy. I did not sleep comfortably, instead I slept on the couch. Would I return to this condo again if I travelled solo, yes; but with the expectation to sleep on the couch if the bed is not replaced with something more comfortable. Overall, a great visit and location! Will return!

The condo was very nice, clean and comfortable. It is a ways from businesses and tourist attractions. Be sure to rent a car! The beach was awesome, but we were disappointed that the restaurant had closed a few days before we checked in. The new air conditioner worked great!
