Good stay, location is very close to Blacksburg/ Tech (10-15 min). The property is next to a fairly busy road (Peppers Ferry), not ideal for hanging out, depending on time of day, but nice white noise for sleeping. There are bushes that were leafless at the time of our stay that probably drown the noise better during the summer. Property has privacy but is next to a garage apt as well. The RV is older, But actually pretty spacious and the decor is old but charming. Could tell the property hadn’t been used recently and was a bit musty. Chase was great, met us there to show the in and outs and had wine and eggs for us, nice touch. Bed was very comfortable, didn’t use shower or kitchen, but all seemed to be in good shape. A couple of quick updates, add WiFi and/or better tv options and fix the bathroom door and I would give 4 stars for sure.
