In addition to the two generous bedrooms, there is a small office/hobby room at the back of the house, furnished with a single bed. The backyard offers a delightful spa for evening relaxation, while the north-facing front yard provides ample sunshine and privacy with a beech hedge. It's a place where you'll truly feel at home.
The interior features an open plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area, with bi-fold doors that open onto the deck, allowing you to enjoy sunny days and warm evenings. The enclosed front yard is complemented by a BBQ and outdoor furniture, providing a pleasant space for outdoor activities. Inside, there are two double bedrooms, and the sleep-out area accommodates an additional single bed. The private backyard is fully fenced and includes a spa pool for your exclusive use.
Guests have full access to the entire property during their stay. However, please be aware that only street parking is available.
Whether you have your own vehicle or not, getting around is a breeze from this location. The main road, located at the end of Leinster Rd, is serviced by regular bus routes, providing convenient public transportation options. Cafes and a mall with a supermarket are within walking distance, ensuring easy access to dining and shopping facilities.

If you intend to bring a furry family member with you, please book them through your guest boarding pass so we are aware they are coming. We do charge a pet fee of $25.00 NZD per pet, per night.

Our cleaning fees reflect the level of care and detail our housekeeping team provide in our homes. While you may be staying in a regular family home, our intention is to provide hotel-quality comfort for your stay, regardless of the type of property. This requires extensive cleaning after each check-out to ensure every guest is able to experience our properties at their best. Our cleans also include hotel-quality linen on all our beds, bathroom toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner, as well as tea, coffee & hot chocolate for your first couple of days.
For stays exceeding 14 days, a mid-stay clean is required to keep the property at the highest standards. If you would also like a linen change please let us know so we can book this in for the same time. Mid-stay cleans or linen changes for stays less than 14 days are optional. This service can be booked through your personal Guest Boarding Pass.
