Fully renovated (May 2019), running parallel to Christchurch High Street, a very short walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops and the Priory and only 1.5 miles from the beach and a short walk to the rivers Avon and Stour, our townhouse is a great base for a coastal holiday in Dorset.
There is a step to gain entry to the house.
Ground Floor: Living room with 24" Freeview Smart TV leading into an area with a breakfast bar and a kitchen with new appliances, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The back door opens on to a small area with table and chairs.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Double bed.
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single beds.
Upstairs Bathroom: Large walk-in shower, vanity unit, toilet and heated towel rails. There is a washer machine (washer/dryer) in the cupboard in the bathroom.
Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
There is no parking at the property but Saxon Square car park (£2/night) is a very short walk from the house. We will offer guests one visitor car parking permit for a minimum stay of 4 nights but unfortunately cannot guarantee a parking space in the streets nearby.
No smoking, no pets and no parties please.

This is a great place to use as a base to explore the local surrounding area or just to sit and relax at any time of the year. Mudeford is a charming coastal village offering traditional shops, pubs, restaurants and a pretty harbour aligned with beach huts, and the quay within walking distance, as well as sandy Avon beach and Hengistbury Head close by. Why not visit Bournemouth and Poole which also have beautiful beaches? Slightly further afield is Salisbury, with its medieval cathedral, Marwell Zoo and Peppa Pig World. The New Forest National Park is also close by and is great for walks, with its free ranging animals, in particular the New Forest ponies. Beach 1.5 mile.
