"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. "A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."

"The hotel was exceptionally clean and pleasant, with a courteous and helpful staff and a wonderful spa. While spa services were not included in the price, this was not a significant issue due to the relatively low number of guests. The restaurant food was satisfactory, though not outstanding."

I was in one of those rooms. That meant i was woken up numerous times during late evening and night by people playing and being loud. "It is a dream hotel especially if you travel with a cat pet who loves exploring nooks and new spots for jumping, climbing and staring out at a whimsical European street. It’s ideally located: downtown that is close to nature too, fancy that. It’s nicely designed, very cozy and comfy. It even has a roof to walk on, safely. It has a guest club with everything you need. Some rooms have patios. It’s like a little castle, even if the weather isn’t great, you won’t get bored. Everything is done with love and thoughtfulness. The only thing you might want is your own pillow. The building is old and kinda smells old. That is the only reason I gave it 4 out of 5. "
