"We stayed over a week with the Grand Hyatt Goa and initially there were some issues with cleanliness and the age of the rooms, but their room division team managed to make improvements. Rishav a management Trainee was very special making the experience better every day with personal communication and little gifts like fresh flowers, hand written notes and treats while keeping the room at its best cleanliness. "I was told they didn’t have cars to the airport so I hired someone separate, then when they came they got turned away and I had to pay them and the hotel driver that was apparently the only one allowed to give me a ride. But the staff were friendly, the place was kept clean, and the vegetarian restaurant had incredible food and service!"

"It has made a great impression in a very good way! If I’m going to north Goa in the future I will definitely stay here. Morjim Suset Hotel is one of the most beautiful properties that I have stayed at in Goa. Not only is it done up very well, the staff make the place even more enticing. Everyone is polite, helpful and co-operative. Morjim beach is just 5 minute walk from the hotel. The room was spacious with all basic amenities in place. Deluxe AC rooms have spacious balconies."
