"Booked 4 upgraded rooms with the family. Staff are under trained. Definitely catered to Chinese speaking guests only and not foreign friendly. Upon arrival, (it was 6pm) they gave us a room barely ready with the windows open. Immediately after entering, our nose were filled with such harsh chemicals. ..."

"Good location, good decoration. We’ve got a city view room, which I think not attractive enough. River view room cost a lot more. Room is spacious but Lighting is not bright enough. Even if I turn off all the lights ， We couldn’t even find a place to do make up."
