There is an outdoor deck with a grill and ample parking for multiple vehicles and boats. Located close to 2 marinas and short distance to Marco Island and Naples.

Just what we needed.
The three of us fly fished for 3 days with local guides. This house is 3 minutes from the boat ramp. Plenty of room.
