Remarkable desert winds at night, and a dazzling starry sky. Nature is on full display here, the town is truly authentically wild west. It feels like the closest thing to stepping in a time machine to the old old west as you can get. Also, the property had everything you could want, very dog friendly, awesome yard, mountain views, and had free coffee!!! We are going to hike the Grand Canyon tomorrow which is super close by! Perfect location, super cozy, and I love it!!!!
Cottage was in a good location for day trips, and a relaxing place to stay. Kitchen was well supplied with new items. House was decorated with furniture, pictures on the wall, and new washer and dryer. The house was dusty from over the winter winds. The owners were friendly and helpful.
Thanks for having us. The extra treats were appreciated! Having a fenced yard for the pets was fantastic..side note…a doe walking right down the middle of Tennessee 😋
We enjoyed our short stay at the VRBO in Chloride, AZ. It was just right for an overnight stay. The house is well furnished and the front yard is fenced, which was a help. The town is quiet. The house is easily found. There are amenities such as washer and dryer that we did not need but could have been used if needed. I would recommend this VRBO to others.
What an interesting little town! It has a lot of character. My stay was brief, but good. I appreciated the fenced in areas for my dogs. The host was friendly and helpful. The house was very comfortable for the night. Thank you for the stay!
Great stay in Chloride - the accomodations are lovely and felt like home - there's a home office if you have to catch up on work. Chloride is such a cool small town. Remote enough for quiet and close enough to Kingsman if you need to shop. Highly recommend for a quiet & tranquil retreat.
Really immerses you in a phenomenal wild wild west environment. Everyone I met in town was friendly. What an eccentric and funky art scene! Close to Grand Canyon. Sitting in the yard at night listening to the desert winds and watching tumbleweeds blow down the street, felt like I was on the set of a Hollywood movie - even better, the real deal!
This was the perfect family spot with my fur baby. The host though of everything from dog treats to frozen breakfast and everything in between. We absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and the bed was very comfortable we didn't want to leave. The host was very nice and answered all our questions very fast so it made it very easy to book our reservation. We are deffinatly going to stay there soon again. I even have told few of my friends regarding this hidden gem.
This place is clean and very accommodating.
Pleasantly surprised! Owner has apparently thought of everything. I would most definitely go out of my way to stay there again if I find myself in that part of Arizona.
