This lovely 4 bedroom villa for 8 people, has a private terrace around the pool, an outdoor dining area, a large fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful open lounge/living area including an open fireplace.

The villa has a luxury gas barbeque, but also a barbeque area including a charcoal grill, free wi-fi and a TV with streaming services. The large roof terrace offers fantastic views day and night.

The villa is located at Apollo Beach, a peaceful area just north of Paphos, not far from Coral Bay.

The nearest beach is approximately 150m away.

Fantastic villa
Lovely villa in a great location. Recommend car though as about 5 minute drive to nearest supermarket (Lidl) Villa is 10 minute drive to Paphos harbour. The property manager Yvonne is very helpful burg prior & during the holiday .

Great family villa
Well located, tidy villa close to paphos and a short walk to some great snorkeling spots Host was very helpful with information and directions. The stairs are steep for very young kids or older family members but they provide stair gates. The roof top terrace has gorgeous views and your not really over looked I would happily return to this villa

Beautiful and nice villa
We spent a week in the villa as a group. the pool was our highlight. There is the possibility to grill or spend time on the roof terrace. the rooms offer enough space. you can see the sea from the villa, which creates a good mood. the check in and out as well as the communication were excellent. The only thing we didn't like was the furnishings, as they were already getting old. The electrical appliances are new and flawless. we can only recommend this villa!

Stunning Home from Home
This extremely well-appointed villa put a smile on each of our faces from the second we turned the key to the moment we grudgingly left a week later. The pool area is quiet as there are no neighbours overlooking it and is big enough to swim properly in. The house itself is compartmentalised really cleverly so that everyone has space to chill, yet it is still very homely. The kitchen has been kitted-out to a good level and contained a lovely welcome-pack which meant we didn’t have to go shopping straight away. The air-con was a blessing at night and the sunrise on the roof-terrace was other-earthly. Overall, there can be no better testament than the fact that we will be looking to return. (Stayed end of July 18, family of 4 with children aged 17 and 14, own hire car recommended)

We've had amazing time in the villa. It is equipped with everything we needed. Pool was amazing and roof terrace is great for watching sunset. I cannot think of any negatives. There are couple of small beaches not far from the villa if you like a dip in the sea. I would recommend the beach to the left of the coast path ( in from of king evelthon hotel). It's better if you have water shoes as access to water is mostly through pebbles. There is not much nearby, for big food shopping we went to Lidl which is about 10 mins by car. However there is a little shop by Akti beach hotel - about 5 min walk. You can get all your essentials from there. Taxi to Paphos town cost around €28 return. There are regular buses too (€1.50), however bus stop is around 10/15 mins walk away.

A beautiful house in great surroundings
Amazing location in Cyprus where you can swim in the ocean with crystalclear water and go home to swim in the pool. You can Watch the sunrise and sundown over the ocean on the terrass on top of the house. Very serviceminded manager that helped us feel very taken care of before and under the stay.

Jolie villa avec vue magnifique
Très jolie villa méditerranéenne avec piscine et roof top avec une vue splendide. Très bien située pour se balader sur la côte ouest. Très bon rapport qualité /prix. Malheureusement concernant l’intérieur de la maison, les photos ne collent pas vraiment avec la réalité, l’aménagement, la décoration, le mobilier sont beaucoup plus vieillots. Il manque un peu d’équipement dans la cuisine pour des repas de 8 personnes ( grands saladiers- grand faitout- essore- salade). Et il faut aussi préciser que la 4ème chambre est un souplex, qui sent l’humidité , ce qui n’est vraiment pas très agréable . Cette villa est bien pour 6 personnes et 2 enfants!! Dommage que cette maison ne soit pas mieux entretenue !!

The location of the villa and the communication with the host was great. We would recommend hiring a car so that you can get to and from the airport and local places easily. Pool area was smaller than expected. Not much room to walk round the pool and some of the cushions were grubby. Areas looked a little tired and in need of some TLC. Quite a strong drainage smell in the bathroom at times.

Het verblijf was netjes en schoon. Lekker ruim huis en heerlijke tuin met zwembad. De wifi mag wel wat beter, want die heeft alleen bereik op de beganegrond en een beetje 1ste verdieping. Verder prima verblijf hier gehad.

Vielseitige Villa in toller Lage zum wohlfühlen
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen - das Objekt hat alles was man braucht und bietet abwechslungsreiche und schöne Sitzplätze drinnen und draußen. Das Haus ist nicht das Neuste, aber gepflegt und insbesondere in Bezug auf die Haushaltsgeräte sehr hochwertig und umfassend ausgestattet. Man merkt, dass es einmal für die private Nutzung gebaut wurde. Der Blick von der Dachterasse ist toll und man ist in 2 min zu Fuß direkt am Meer, wo man den Sonnenuntergang auf einer Bank noch besser genießen kann. Die Abwicklung lief komplett per Chat und Schlüsselbox, bei unserer Ankunft wartete eine Flasche Wein und viele Zutaten für ein Frühstück auf uns. Wir haben uns dank Alarmanlage sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Verwaltung war sogar einmal da um die Kameras zu überprüfen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Lovely villa, pool, really needed, but nothing locally to enjoy. Hotel near but felt uncomfortable going in there. Nearest other bar had bad reviews. /so car or taxis required.

Great accommodation (especially for larger groups)
The villa is located less than 10 mins drive from the centre of Paphos and very easy to get too. It's spacious and well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday and has a great pool and private outdoor area. The only negative might be that there are no bedrooms on the ground level and climbing stairs may not suit those with mobility issues.

Peaceful sunny spot
Close to the seafront path yet in a much quieter spot than most of Paphos so a great location. The only reason I gave it four not five stars is that the fittings and furniture both inside and out are mostly a bit tired, but it was spotlessly clean, very friendly and with lovely views from the roof terrace.

Great villa in quiet location
4 of us stayed for 5 nights. Properly owner was very helpful throughout, and the Villa was very well equipped. Views from the roof terrace are amazing and the children loved the private pool (was a bit cold for less hardy adults in early April!). One bar within easy walking distance, but plenty a short drive away. Overall a great place to relax. Thanks very much.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit Meerblick
Wir waren zu sechs Freunden für 5 Tage im Februar hier und absolut zufrieden. Es gibt eine super Dachterrasse mit tollem Meerblick. Falls mal etwas nicht funktioniert, ist der Hausservice schnell vor Ort. Außerhalb der Saison ist es hier etwas einsam, was aber nicht nachteilig sein muss.

Great location but many robberies
We stayed at this house for 10 days. The house and the location is very nice, however we got robbed during the night. We have lost a lot of cash and electronic devices. The police told us that they were in this house already three times in the last two years because of robberies. After the robbery most of us ended their stay prematurely because we didn’t feel safe knowing that thefts are walking around the house at night. Make sure you are extra cautious!!!
