"Great large pool that teenagers really enjoyed, relaxing area beside pool for sunbathing, the porch was a comfortable and shaded area which we could relax on during the day and evening. There was dining space out the back perfect for our large group. Carlos was helpful with any issues we had. The power however did cut out quite a lot even when all appliances were off. The air conditioningunit did not work well on the last two nights which meant the room was very hot and was hard to sleep....

"This villa is huge with 4 double bedrooms (one en-suite) and a large living area. There is a lovely pool outside with 4 sunbeds.We also used the bbq area which is very well equipped and has an adjacent sink. There are lots of terraces for sitting and sunbathing but also shade available too. The villa is in a residential area and there isn’t much in walking distance so you do need a car( does say this in description and we hired a car for the whole stay). Valencia is about 30 mins drive away....

"We stayed at this property for a sunny week in July 2024. Communication before visit and arrival was good. The property is absolutely gorgeous. Clean and roomy. Good design to keep cool inside the house. Lovely big kitchen. Space to sit and eat as a family in kitchen, in living room and in the garden. Comfy beds. "Homely and just perfect for us and our two spaniels. within easy reach of beaches, restaurants and shops yet private and wonderfully restful. The owners are delightful. Nothing was too much trouble and their kindness to us made our stay very special. The metro is 5 minutes away so going in to the city is very easy - you can just pop in for a few hours or go off for the day.. the city is quite beautiful with a wonderful ‘cafe society’ feel. We love it and hope to go back."

"The Villa was very nice and had everything you would need. The outside space was amazing, The pool Is lovely and clean and was bigger enough for our 3 kids to enjoy. The views are spectacular with the surrounding areas very peaceful. Just right to enjoy a relaxing holiday. There was plenty of seating area and sun beds, Also a good, shaded area to avoid the heat of the Sun. The Owners were quick to respond to any Questions, Also provided key information for our stay. "Great house, very clean, large and great air conditioning. Location very good for beach. Main downside and why we didn't rate it higher is the garden/pool area. There is little garden (not an issue) but area around the pool is limited. This area gets 6 hours of intense sun with no shade. Only 3 sun loungers (for a house of possibly 12 guests), no place to sit and eat/socialise outside (a table is outside but only 2 chairs). There are awnings for shade but the controllers are not provided...

"Beautifully presented, modern villa with a spacious, well kept out door area which was great for the kids to play in. The pool was a very good size and very clean. Our boys were in it all day, every day! Lisa was a great host. She kept in touch before and during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed.
