"Stunning Tuscan views, beautifully updated historic propert, warm, friendly and marvelously competent staff, delicious food and wine…this place is a marvel. We enjoyed three days in autumn. The countryside was beautiful and the days were sunny with ideal temperatures. They have a gorgeous swimming pool which should make it even better during summer, though I can’t complain because the off season prices we got were a steal. Words cannot describe how wonderful this place is."

"For my 50th birthday 18 of my family and friends joined me on this dream vacation. None of this would even be possible without our incredible hostess Alice. She arranged meals, pasta classes, pottery tours, wine tasting, Assisi, Montepulciano, Florence, Cinque de Terre I could honestly go on and on. The drivers of our tour vans were friendly, on time, and stopped for any of our needs. Natasha made sure we were on time and shared some of her secret amazing locations with us. Jacopo was attentive, kept our wine stocked and was there in minutes if we had ANY issues or questions. As far as the villa. There truly are no words good enough to explain what it was like. More beautiful than the pictures, the views were breathtaking and when you take a walk around the property it’s like you are in a fairytale. Every turn is a picturesque moment. The villa was the perfect combination of historical beauty and modern convenience. Each room has its own bathroom, which is important when you have this big of a group. There were also options including jacuzzi, pool, gym, sauna, breakfast daily etc. Alice is so helpful and will calm any nerves you may have about your trip. It was seamless from the airport pick up to the airport drop off. We were nervous about renting something sight unseen but trusted all the great reviews. I can assure you that you won’t be disappointed. Our experience was truly a once in a lifetime (until we go back LOL!)"

"The Villa di Piazzano is stunning down to the smallest detail. The staff is attentive, pleasant and helpful. The food and wine at the onsite restaurant was some of the best we had on our 23-day trip across Italy. One of our favorite stays for sure!"

"I honestly feel lucky that I booked this hotel in Tuscany! We stayed there couple days. The environment and vibe is amazing. I’m kind of picky with hotels but Precise is awesome! It’s clean, quiet, safe, and with music, campfire, many pools-even one heated, spa, free parking. Everyone working there are super nice. btw，love the breakfast and dinner. We had unforgettable time in Tuscany with one of the main reason, staying in Precise. I definitely will rebook when I’m back to Tuscany."
