"It's hard to imagine what could have been better. The villa is stunning. On a hilltop will amazing views. Well appointed and with 12 rooms, all with ensuites. A large kitchen and dining space and loads more outside space than the pictures really show. Morning coffee on the lower sun terrace, the afternoon spent by the pool, the evening in the jacuzzi, and then wine (SO MUCH WINE) from the provided supplies to talk as the night grew around us. Not to mention the small gym, or table tennis. There were 24 of us and we were never on top of each other, with those preferring a quieter space able to find it and those who want to be together also having ample space. Communication before and during the trip was perfect. Alice was personable and had good ideas, and provided a great experience throughout. We took advantage of several services: arrival drinks, a traditional meal, pizza night, a vineyard tour. All very easy The location is just outside Chiusi, just 30 mins from Orvietto or Montepulciano, 10 mins from Cetano, and maybe an hour from Perugia and Florence. Just perfect for exploring this wonderful part of Italy. We are already missing it, and would love to go back one day."

"Residenza Dei Ricci was an excellent place to spend a few nights and explore Chiusi and its surroundings. The hosts were welcoming and accomodating in every respect. Breakfasts were great- a varied choice with home made delicacies."

"Our Villa in Tuscany was all that we hoped for, close to so many towns of Tuscany. We went to famous towns like Siena and Orvieto, and discovered small friendly towns with charm, quiet streets and a cafe quiet cafe for coffee and a delicious pastry. The villa was spacious, rooms were comfortable, bathrooms with each room were large and clean. The kitchen was well set to cook in when we were weary in the evening after a day of exploring. And the grounds were well kept, like lovely gardens all around is. We would go back again and again. "

"I booked Podere Tresa to celebrate my 50th birthday with family and friends, there were 9 of us, 6 adults two kids age 12 and one 16, staying for the week, 10 more came to stay for a couple of days. Our flight was in the evening so we didnt arrive until late at night but even with the dark the property looked stunning, however, is only in the morning we could really appreciate how special it is, the views are just amazing from any place of the house, more you walk around the property more you will find a perfect spot to just sit and indulge your eyes at different time of the day. The house is spacious with comfortable beds and space for everyone to relax and have their own space. The communal areas are big enough for large groups to have dinners or lounge around. The swimming pool is amazing with again beautiful views. We used the common kitchen every day and it is equipped for many people with again great views during the day and night. We had the chef that Maria Laura recommended, cooking us dinner one night, it was delicious and and really good value for the money. The area has plenty of places to visit and restaurants, bars, stores near by the house. Maria Laura was an extremely good host always on hand to answer questions and on the last day, as our flight was in the evening, she let us stay until the afternoon as no one was due to check in. She made our last day the perfect end to a magical holiday. We will be back for sure, this place definitely exceed my expectation."

"Absolutely in love with this place!! We wanted a centered location to do day trips to small towns, this was it perfect! the decoration, was so so nice and clean. Great grounds, pool (a little too cold) but great for very warm weather, amazing view of the lake and landscape. Theres a great winery just 4 minutes away! The room and bathroom were very spacious, we had a crib on our room for our baby, the bed was AMAZING, and the toilettries.. well.. the best ever, i´ll dream of that basil shampoo for ever (couldnt find one in italy to buy haha) The staff was incredible, Gerald, Paula and Hannah were amazing with us, helped us with great tips and anything we needed with the best and nicest attitude ever! Food was superb! we had dinner one night and were stunned with the food, and everyday buffet was delicious! We always had a high chair in our table every morning for breakfast. <3 We had a cooking class which was incredible with a fantastic spread and view, and they accomodated a high chair and some dough for our baby to join us) Would recommend this place to anyone going to Tuscany and wanting a nice, elegant, centered place to stay for a couple of days (one is not enough!) Thank you for everything, you made our trip even more fantastic!"
