"Communication before arrival was excellent. Marta made a video showing how to find the property and to park. We had our own spot that for our car, sheltered by Olive Trees. Marta met us and showed us around the property. It is small, neat, and very clean. We appreciated the little family touches which show the properties history. The kitchen was adequate with a good range of plates and utensils. My wife likes to cook and was happy to be able to do so. We had our own terrace, open to the sun....

"Das Haus liegt idyllisch in Nähe von Testico in einer kleinen Siedlung. Durch die großen Fenster die im Esszimmer verbaut sind hat man eine herrliche Sicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Für Menschen die gerne Wandern oder Biken ist das umliegende Bergland mit fast unerschöpflich vielen Möglichkeiten einfach grandios. Danke für die schöne Zeit Familie Fetzer"

Dusche rostet, Bad schimmelt, Boiler liefert nach 5 Minuten heißes Wasser für ca. 20 sekunden. Als erstes mussten wir einkaufen gehen und Küchenequipmemt kaufen, damit überhaupt gekocht werden kann. "We had a very warm welcome from Massimo and his wife. The pool and patio areas to relax are wonderful. The accommodation was lovely and clean. The location is out of busy areas so you do need to drive. There is a lovely bread shop a 10 min walk from the villa. We were not aware at the time of booking that the pool is only available to use from 9am to 6pm and the owners live on the top floor of the villa. This was not an issue at all as we had full access to the pool which made our stay....
