The house is very particular and characteristic: entirely in stone, restored, narrow and long, it is located on a small square with the church of San Bartolomeo and the former monastery of the Umiliated and Cluniac friars dating back to the thirteenth century, with a splendid view over the valley . At guests' disposal the apartment located on the second floor with an adjoining wooden attic. The house is on the Wine Route and the Via dei Terrazzamenti and is in an optimal position for trekking, etc.
The house, located on the second floor, is an open space with kitchenette, living room with 2-seater sofa bed, TV, table and all the windows open towards the valley. A hallway leads to the large bathroom with washing machine. An internal staircase takes you to the attic, completely in wood, where you will find a double bed, a cot, a table with chairs, a rocking chair all in a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make you want to lazy. Outside it is a vs. disposal the terrace in the garden, with barbecue for pleasant evenings in the cool air enjoying the spectacular view of the Valtellina.
My mother lives half her time in Chiuro and half in Brianza and when she is on site she lives on the ground floor of the house itself and is always available for information on places to visit throughout Valtellina and, if you are lucky, she will let you taste some its seasonal preserve or some jam of its production. I am always available for any information and clarification and you can contact me either by email, or sms or through Homeaway's messenger
