"There were seven of us staying for three nights in July 2024. It was simply amazing in every way. It was a highlight of our Italy experience. The location is in a great location for adventuring in Tuscany, but we had so much fun at this house. We used the pool, outdoor seating areas (numerous), grill, and games everyday. "A very good experience overall. House had plenty of room and quite spacious for the family. Easy access to nearby restaurants and highways. Enough dishes, glasses and utensils. All appliances worked well. Eduardo was a pleasant host and very accommodating to all our needs. Fans came in handy for air circulation on hot summer nights. Outside patio furniture could use some TLC. Pool was refreshing but quite aways from the house but had spectacular views of sunsets."

"Santa & Giovanni were wonderful! Anything we needed help with they were always available. Even gave us a ride to the train station! Fresh fruit & vegetables were plentiful! The air conditioners worked very well. It was very hot while we were there for 5 1/2 weeks. The pool was very refreshing. They even cooked for us along with their son & daughters help. We would definitely recommend you staying at this lovely home. It was very private, but the town was only 5 minutes away. "

"Chiara hosted our wedding weekend. I can not stress enough that pictures on here don't do the property justice. It is one of the most spectacular villas we have ever seen.
