"I stayed in Chisinau for 6 days and each day was different.The hotel is really a set of apartments , so don't expect your typical hotel services.Other than that , it's a good place to stay .A special mention has to go to Juliana , the receptionist , who will go out of her way to be of assistance .All the staff I encountered were friendly , though not all spoke English .
