"Five minutes walk from the bus station with a family mart opposite so very well situated. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfasts were ok. Reasonable variety but not much fruit. The room was clean and well equipped, good shower. No complaints and would recommend without hesitation."

"I have Expedia Silver status; Naruwan is the only hotel didn’t recognise my sliver status. Also, from arrival, check in; check out to depart; there was no front door came to greet us or took our suitcase. If I compared my other 5* experience, it was the worst one. Yet, they gave me free upgraded when I expressed my concerns that my disable mother may struggle to have shower… (not until I asked) "

"It has one of the best hot spring in the area. The location is on a place where there isn’t any of restaurants outside of the property. However, if you visit this place you will want to enjoy all the amenities within the property. By the way, all the amenities can still be enjoyed for free after you check out of your room"
