"This was a wonderful stay in a remarkable place. The room was very comfortable with a balcony with a fantastic view. The food was excellent and the staff were really kind. The highlight was the "safari" with Kenneth, around the property to see birds. One of the best birding experiences we've had. Palo Verde was closed, but this allowed us to see huge flocks of birds in the wetlands right next to Palo Verde. We then walked around several times, as well. The road there is challenging, and it's remote - you have to eat at the hotel, because there's nowhere else. But it was the highlight of our trip. Secluded, beautiful, comfortable, and great wildlife."

"Just wow!!! This is the real costa rica, wonderful people who welcome you like family. This a farm so expect a cabin with a rustic feel, dogs, cats, pigs, chickens, cowa- its a full working farm. Cabin was great. It is rustic so do expect animals, a few bugs (was not bad.at all and my kids are terrifired of spiders and were fine). Thenowners showed usball the animals, took kids riding and told us all about local life. We loved the farm dogs we followed the kids everywhere, even seam.withnthem. theynslept on our porch watchingnover the kids, theybloves it so much!! So sad to leave. It is a more rustic experience butnif younreally want to see the real.country and be in a beautiful place thisnis it!!! Wish we could ofnstayed longer we will miss it veey much. Thank.you for making us.feel like family!!"

"The property itself is like a park. The house is expansive and designed in a way that makes it easy to gather and be sociable. There are also spaces that allow individual privacy. The kitchen is very usable and includes an island for food preparation and chatting. This rental makes a good headquarters for day trips to nearby attractions."
