10/10 Excellent

Beautiful house!!
The house itself is stunning! Plenty of space and amenities for hosting, lots of kitchen utensils for cooking at the home or space to eat if you order a takeaway! The fire in the lounge makes it so cosy. The entire house was spotless and clean! Would highly recommend to anyone. The Plough Inn pub nearby is a lovely cosy pub if you fancy a drink or a meal out. My only fault would be that although we were aware that checkout is at 10, I have never stayed anywhere where house keeping have turned up at exactly the time of checkout. We were running 10 minutes behind and it felt a shame that they had knocked on the door and told us they would give us 5 mins to be out of the house.

Wonderful Birthday weekend
Booked for our daughter’s 30th birthday weekend. So well equipped ( but note no microwave) and absolute home from home. One of the best holiday cottages we have stayed in and wished we could have stayed longer. Great location for Cotswolds villages, Cotswold Wildlife park ( which we lived) and if you are so inclined close enough to visit Diddly Squat farm shop! Thank you

10/10 Excellent

Patch Hill House is a beautiful rural property with a contemporary and relaxing interior
There’s space for three cars, comfortable beds, a well-equipped large kitchen perfect for cooking together, and a spacious sitting/dining room for cosy evenings around the fire. Outside, the garden has lovely views of the surrounding countryside during daylight, plus stargazing from the patio on a clear night. “The Plough Inn” in Finstock is a welcoming local pub where we enjoyed pre-lunch drinks around the log fire. The location is excellent, with country walks from the front door; wellies/walking boots are recommended after rain!
