"We arrived in Macerino after our drive from Rome to be greeted by our hosts Maria and Franco in the square of the village. "Amazing views and pool. Villa very clean and pool cleaned four times in our 2 week stay. Spacious villa internally and outdoor space giving both sun or shade throughout the day. Terrace is a lovely space to eat. Disappointed at lack of some essentials such as wine glasses (in Italy?), there were plenty of tumblers but no wine glasses, we bought and left a pack of three. "We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful villa in rural Umbria. The owner and his colleagues were very helpful, always on hand to provide advice and answer our questions. We were a family on 12, including children, teenagers and one grandma.
