"It is a hidden gem. Super quiet. The pool was closed for renovations but the hot tubs were open and we enjoyed those. The units are a bit older and need some updating but it was nice not sharing walls with anyone."

"The apartment space was comfortable for 3 adults for 4 nights. Our granddaughter slept on the fold out couch. It was not comfortable. On our 2nd night we began hearing loud noises in the bathroom. By the 3rd night it was louder and more frequent."

Everyone we encountered were so very friendly, easy to talk with & though it was our first visit we felt like we had been there before. We like the small town atmosphere where everyone seems to know their neighbors. It's a very safe feeling.

I will definitely not stay in Chino Valley again, but will do more research about the hotels in the Prescott Valley and Cottonwood area
